So let's work with that.
Sagittarius is a fire sign so there's a lot of fiery angry,
Worried,
Frustrated people out there at the moment.
So let's take advantage of that today to help release it under the full moon.
So as you're starting to get nice and comfy,
Listening to my voice.
Allowing your body to relax.
Letting go of what you were doing.
Before you turn this recording on today.
Letting go of what you need to be doing after you do this beautiful meditation.
Giving yourself this space and this time to become present,
To do something beautiful for yourself,
The self-nurturing,
The self-nourishment,
The self-love.
And as your body is starting to relax,
Allow the words of the Sagittarius to roll over you.
Now they can be a little impulsive and blunt.
And in this energy with the planet lineups,
There is a restlessness upon us.
So anywhere in your life that this may be heightened or you get triggered.
We're going to allow our bodies to release it today.
And we're gonna bring in the beautiful characteristics of optimism.
Seeing the glass half full.
Adventurous,
Taking a step towards something different or new or that's been on your mind where you actually haven't had either the courage or the bravery or it just hasn't aligned for you because you've been holding on to stuff.
Allow your adventurous nature to come into alignment with this full moon.
Saggies are also about being independent.
Seeking truth,
And isn't that the name of the game these days?
And also knowledge while valuing their freedom.
So imagine when stepping into freedom,
Being able to speak our truth,

Being full of knowledge.

Beautiful trait to have for this full moon under the Sagittarius reign.
Now your body will be starting to relax more.
Becoming more peaceful.
Maybe your mind is not quite there yet,
But allow my words to bring you into that space of presence.
Firstly,
Let's ground ourselves.
We're setting up the space for a beautiful protected umbrella.
Where only high vibrations can enter.
And the low vibrational energy that you're releasing under the full moon is being let go.
Imagine a golden cord running from the base of your spine.
This golden cord is going to go deep,
Deep down into the earth.
Down,

Down.
And as this cord goes down into the earth,
You're becoming heavier and heavier and more relaxed.
Noticing your breath.
Noticing your body.
Noticing the sounds around you.
Noticing the smells,
The temperature of the air.
And by now your eyelids are closed and noticing what you can see behind those closed eyelids.
And this cord is going deep into Mother Earth's centre.
Finding her beautiful golden beating heart and wrapping around her.
You instantly feel the connection and the love.
For she loves you unconditionally.
She is always there for you.
She will show you her beauty and her love every single day.
Sending us signs,
Whether it's birds,
Butterflies and feathers,
Whether it's a beautiful sunrise with pink clouds,
A flower and a crack in the concrete.
She's always expressing and showing you.
So let's give her some loving back for all she does for us.
And imagine her energy is being pulled up through your cord and connecting back into the bass.
Of your body.
You are fully grounded.
Now imagining a beautiful silver cord coming from your crown and moving all the way up.
Past the ceiling,
Past the roof if you're inside and up through the clouds.
Into the atmosphere,
Past the stars,
The moon even.
The planets and connecting into Source itself.
Giving you this beautiful connection.
This beautiful,
Open,
Clear way.
For your wisdoms.
Ancestors,
Departed loved ones,
Angels,
Masters,
Galactics to funnel information down to you and into your crown.
So we are now fully protected.
Grounded and connected.

The lakes.
Wildflowers and animals,

In the distance is a figure.
A beautiful figure that you know,
Love and adore.
And as you get closer,
You don't even have to get closer to know who it is.
Whether it's a departed loved one.
Whether a guide is popping in.
An angel.
Galactic You greet them with so much love and adoration.
They know you.
They're there for you.
They're walking the pathway with you.
They understand these cycles and how potent they can be if you are ready to release.
So as you start together walking along this path.

Your guide.
Your guide lifts off from the pathway and starts to float towards the hot sun.
As your guide gets closer,
The heat is almost unbearable.
But your guide is doing this for you to help assist you on this journey.
And as your guide stands in front of that sun with his or her arms out.
A big golden disc is placed in their hands.
It is hot to touch,
But your guide has those magical powers where it does not burn.
And you're wondering what all this is about.
As he comes back down onto the pathway.
Moving towards you with this golden plate.
This hot fiery plate presented before you now.
And as it is the hot,
Fiery,
Sagittarius sign.
We're going to delve deep into your solar plexus.
Your yellow chakra that sits above your navel.
Our centered chakra that controls so much of us.
That is like the steering wheel of our ship.
Our intuition,
Our empowerment.
Our joy.
For now,
Let's delve into that yellow chakra.
Your guide is staring at your yellow chakra as he sees it swirling.
With negative aspects,
Dross,
Dripping with,
Like,
Oil.
Drudge and gludge sitting in your chakra.
And our yellow chakra represents fear.

Disempowerment.
Confusion.
It also represents worry.
And a lack of discernment,

You are asked to place your burden onto this hot,
Sizzling plate.
There may be one thing,
You may start to think of other things.
And may even be non-related to the yellow chakra.
It could be a person,
Circumstances.
Good job.
Where you're living.
Talk to your guide as you're placing your burdens,
Your rocks.
Your challenges.
The drudge onto this hot plate.
Allow it to unravel for you.
It's a blue moon so it can be as many Aspects that you like.
Give it away.
Get rid of it in a sense.
Release it.
Surrender it.
And as you're placing your worries and frustrations,
It hurts.

Rejection,
Betrayal.
Whatever it is for you,
Imagine it is sizzling piping hot on this disc.
This disc gifted to you from the central sun.

Allow yourself to feel into the emotions,
Anything that may be coming up.
This is the perfect time each month to release what's been going on for you.
And as you give it all away,
Allow yourself to feel lighter.

Is gladly taking the heaviness away.
And they start to move towards the sun.
All that you've placed on this plate sizzling away almost to ashes as we speak.
The final cooling.
The final part to release all that is on that plate.
Is when your guide is like An Olympic athlete firing that discus into the sun.
And as it travels into the centre of the sun with a burst of light.
Imagine at the same time all those cords have been cut from you,
Those challenges,
That heaviness,
That guilt,
