Aries Full Moon Meditation - October 2024

This meditation will help you see who is genuine and authentic to you, who you can trust and rely on. It is all about relationships. When we cut cords in the meditation, it is not to cut out the relationship in your life altogether but to clarify what may need to be done in the future with whom you share energy and space with and if they are totally deserving of you. This also goes for the relationship with yourself.

Welcome,

Welcome to an Aries full moon meditation in the month of October 2024.

So we've just come out of an eclipse season which was very,

Very intense to say the least and the effects are still playing out and carrying on in our lives and around the world.

So today's meditation is going to be focusing on relationships,

The relationship that we have with ourselves and the relationship that we have with others.

So in Aries,

If we go into the star sign of Aries,

They can dive first,

Head first into challenges and they can often leap before they think.

So if you take this into consideration around this time and how you might be reacting or being triggered or how others are in the blame game or reacting or triggering around you,

It's really important to just know that this energy is very heightened at the moment and by doing meditations like going within brings us inner peace.

When we're looking without or out,

I should say,

It brings us chaos and turmoil and even agitated states.

So outwards is distractions,

Inwards can be our own inner sanctuary and our own inner peace.

So Aries are also very passionate,

Motivated and confident.

They make great leaders.

They're also determined and they are our pioneers.

So if we look at that energy and tap into that energy to help us move forward into the month ahead,

Because we are all pioneers in this revolutionary change upon Earth right now.

We are pioneering a new pathway as all the old systems around us are crumbling.

As I'm talking,

Just get yourself comfy in a relaxed state,

So to speak,

Just bringing yourself,

Listening to my voice and yourself into the room or wherever you are right now.

I just apologize if you hear any outside noise as well.

I'm out in the country and there's some roosters going off here and there,

Which is beautiful for nature,

Isn't it?

So just bear with me if you hear any animals in the background.

So take some deep breaths,

Deep,

Deep down into your belly.

Start to unwind in this short time that we have together,

Making sure that your phone notifications are off,

Making sure that you're in a space where it's just you,

Just my voice and that you can truly let go and be an allowance of surrendering and receiving.

But as we surrender and let go of the control,

We're open to receive more love,

More peace and more joy into our beings.

And imagine from the base of your spine,

There is a beautiful golden cord and this golden cord is going deep,

Deep down,

Down through your floorboards,

Down into Mother Earth.

This golden cord knows where Mother Earth's beating heart is.

So imagine going through all the layers of the Earth,

Going down,

Down,

Down,

Your golden cords going deeply,

Deeply,

Deeply down into the core of the Earth,

Where Mother Gaia's beautiful golden heart is beating and you wrap your cords around her beautiful heart and this inner self starts to slow you down and your heartbeat becomes the same rhythm as the Earth in a beautiful calm,

Balanced and relaxed state.

You are now grounded and you are free to take off or allow your imagination to just go and you are free to take off or allow your imagination to just go wherever it takes you with no restrictions and at the end we will see you back in this place.

So imagine from the base of your spine,

This golden cord is igniting each vertebrae as you go up each vertebrae is being switched on with golden light one at a time like a staircase going all the way up,

Up,

Up,

Up each vertebrae.

Your connection to your higher self,

To the higher realms is being unblocked,

Cleared,

Connected and going up into the base of your neck or the base of your head I should say and then through your head out your crown this beautiful golden cord is going all the way up,

Up,

Up,

Up through the roof or the ceiling if you're inside into the sky,

Through the clouds,

Through our atmosphere and into the next dimension going all the way out to outer space past the stars,

Past the planets,

Past the sun and past even the full moon going further out way,

Way,

Way out there into those higher dimensions and this golden cord connects into your higher self your higher self that has all the answers,

All your wisdom,

It has all your ancestral gifts and talents connecting into your angels,

Your masters,

Your galactic beings,

God,

Beyond God,

Golden source light,

The creator and we draw this beautiful energy down,

Down,

Down now,

Down the same way that we went up bringing down all those beautiful gifts,

The wisdom,

The unconditional love,

The inspirations,

The courage,

The bravery,

Authenticity,

Integrity,

All those beautiful gifts are coming down,

Down,

Down down,

Down and connecting back into your crown and coming down into your body,

So as it comes down into your body we take the focus into our mind bringing all those golden gifts into your mind,

Clearing out the old stagnant pathways whether it blocks even shrinkage in a sense,

Fog,

This golden energy releases all the fog,

All the blocks allows you to open yourself to see through your third eye what needs to be addressed in your relationships right now so we're bringing that golden energy through our eye sockets our nose,

Our mouth,

Loosening our jaw,

Our ears bringing this beautiful energy into your throat,

Clearing out those kinks in your neck bringing that healing energy into your thyroid where it distributes your hormones into your body bringing that beautiful energy down into the tops of your shoulders,

Releasing any tension that you hold there,

Almost unsticking your shoulders from your ears and just take a deep breath as you start to relax even more bringing that energy and filling your chest area your lungs,

Your heart,

Imagine this golden energy filling these areas of your body at the same time as your back and down your arms,

Elbows forearms,

Wrists,

Fingers,

Bringing this golden energy full of beautiful love and healing and light into any areas that you feel any tension,

Pain,

Suffering,

Soreness,

Blocks bringing our focus back into our torso that golden energy filling your intestines as long as they are,

Imagine the gold going all the way through your stomach,

Pancreas,

Liver,

Doesn't matter if you're not sure where they are in your body,

It's just the intention and the thought process of how we're doing this and filling your kidneys,

Your adrenals,

Your hips,

Your pelvic area,

Your womb,

Your sexual organs,

Bringing this beautiful golden energy down through your legs,

Knees,

Shins and calves,

Ankles,

Feet and toes and all the while if there's any aches or pains or dis-ease or illness within your body,

You're sending that extra golden energy to your beautiful,

Loving,

Receiving body and as you feel even more relaxed,

Completely grounded,

Completely connected,

We open our hearts,

Our open chakra,

Heart chakra in the center of our chest,

Opening it like a lotus flower,

One petal at a time,

Ready to release and also ready to receive,

Now imagine that you have bare feet and you're walking along the grass,

Let's dress ourselves in a beautiful light white material,

Walking along the grass,

Feeling the coolness under your feet,

You may hear that guinea fowl in the background,

It's just a bird,

Allow it to pass through it's just a bird,

Allow it to pass through and as you're walking,

We're walking towards a forest and the forest does look dark but it is also inviting because the earth elementals are there for you,

The fairies the woodlands all the beautiful creatures of the forest are waiting for you to enter all the flora and fauna looks absolutely lush and green,

You can smell that smell of the ferns and the damp dampness on the ground and in the distance you see a light shining and you have total trust in your heart and you walk towards this light your step is light,

Your body is light,

You are ready for this moment and as you get closer you see that it is a fire so we thank the element of fire for the fire that burns within us,

Our passion,

The fire that sparks ourselves to continuously move and grow and keep going for the fire that does destroy but also rebirths and as you get closer to this fire you see that there are seats around it,

You can imagine this any way that you like,

It might be logs,

Cushions,

Little seats however you see it,

It is your special place and the fire is warm and glowing and inviting and as you take a seat you have someone special sitting right next to you,

A guide a guide,

The first person that pops into your mind that is not from this earth at the moment a departed loved one,

An angel,

A master,

A galactic,

Whoever resonates with you right now they hand you a beautiful goblet of fresh crystalline water this water representing the element of water and we thank this water for we are made of mainly water,

Water carries the body of love if we choose it water can heal can quench our thirst,

Help us grow water around the world holding our sea life,

Giving us food entertaining us so to speak and what we do at the beaches and the lakes so we thank the element of water and the air that you breathe in this beautiful forest it's absolutely pure and clean,

The trees are giving off the oxygen for us and taking away our carbon dioxide and as we breathe in deep down into our body,

We thank the beautiful element of air the air represents our thoughts before they turn into the material world the wind that carries the seeds to new places to grow the breeze on a hot day the tornadoes that clean up the land,

They do cause destruction but everything happens in its place of nature so we thank the element of air in its place of nature so we thank the element of air and as you're sitting there with your guide enjoying the beautiful fire you look straight up in the sky you can see the moon in the distance and you know that you are sitting on the earth with the beautiful forest floor that is soft under your feet or under your behind or however you are set up around your fire,

Of course we thank the element of earth for loving us,

For grounding us,

For keeping us down here on the earth as we look up into the sky the earth and us representing our muscles,

Our ligaments,

Our tendons and when we leave this earth,

Our physical body,

We go back to the earth so we're thanking the element of the earth imagine now this is your inner circle,

Your circle around the fire and there is another circle outside of the circle,

Another ring around you,

Behind you and outside of that circle is another circle and that is the fire further back into or in the forest,

You can't really see it that well but you know that there are three circles and as we go on this journey today about relationships we know that we will be given answers,

Clarity,

A new step to look at in our lives and just remember as I take you through this process it doesn't mean that you're losing physical people in your life,

We are letting go of the energy,

We are letting go of the cords and the ties,

The energetics around each person that you know so that you may see whether they are enriching your life or they are taking from your life,

That is all,

So it's metaphysical however what it may do for you is to open your eyes to see a relationship that may need altering,

Changing or letting go.

So imagine in this inner circle of your most inner inner life where you can openly tell your deepest secrets to,

That you can openly trust 110 percent,

That you openly can love and be yourself and allow them to be themselves,

That you could rely on at any time that you need to,

That they 100 percent have your back no matter what.

Now think who these people are,

Go through the people that you know,

Firstly your immediate family,

Your immediate relationship,

Your partner,

Your spouse,

Your children,

Your children,

Then look at your siblings,

Your mum and your dad if they're still here,

Can you honestly and truly hand on heart say that the friends that you have with you now are privileged to sit in this beautiful blessed sacred circle with you,

Knowing that it is a even exchange of love,

Integrity,

Transparency,

Be totally honest,

Only you and God knows what you're thinking right now,

This is your soul,

Your soul's journey,

A moment that you may have clarity or total transparency with yourself and the people in your life,

Now if there is somebody in your life that you thought would be in your inner circle,

That's okay remember,

But we're going to put them out in the next circle,

So only the people where you can show your true heart to get to be in this inner circle with you,

Everyone else we put out into the circle behind you,

Now think about that circle behind you,

These are the people that you love,

These are the people that may be blood family,

Not soul family,

These are the people that you can have a really good decent conversation with to a certain point,

But you may not be able to reveal everything,

They may have a tendency to tell someone else,

But you still love them and they're still very,

And they're still very,

Very good people,

They may be the people that you can rely on,

But not always,

Selected times,

These may be the people that you can give to,

That you love giving to,

But you know that you don't always 100% they do not give back to you,

That's okay because they're not in your inner circle,

You can go further afield in the circle,

They may be your work colleagues that you do trust and need to trust in work circumstances,

But not on a personal level,

They may even be your boss,

Your employees or contractors,

The librarian so to speak,

Somebody you can have great conversation with that you really,

Really enjoy,

Somebody that you could go out for a meal with or a wine or whatever it is that you love doing,

But you know that you keep your cards close to your chest and there is only certain things that you devolve about yourself and that's okay,

They're great mates,

Great siblings or great family members,

Some of those might not fit that category,

So we have moved them out into the further circle,

Into the forest,

Really reflect on all these relationships,

You may be experiencing especially in this really intense energy that some people aren't what you actually thought they were,

That's okay because things are changing,

We are all being rearranged,

So in this outer circle may sit the people that you can have conversation with like the shopkeeper about the weather,

That you can have a laugh with,

That they are an acquaintance,

This even could be your boss,

Employees and the like,

One of your children's school teacher or somebody that you rely on for your parents care,

All those ones that you could not tell your inner deep most darkest secrets to are out there on the outer circle and all the fairies and the elementals are taking good care of them because there is no judgment here,

Think about these types of people that you have in your life that maybe you thought were very close and you had them in your inner circle,

Just take them out a circle or to the next circle,

Okay so what we're going to do now,

The ones on the outer circle and you can come back and do more of this later,

We're now going to bring them all in from the outer circle in the forest on the outer circle in the forest and one by one they're going to step into the fire,

Now we know this is not burning their physical but we're burning any people,

Any cords I should say or any energetic ties,

Patterns,

Conditions that do not serve you that you've had closer to your heart than you thought now maybe you shouldn't have and we're just clearing them and clearing you,

Clearing those contracts,

The karmic ties,

Clearing them and releasing them into the fire as all their beautiful embers go upwards into the sky with beautiful beautiful love from the universe and we send them so much love,

So much grace,

So much gratefulness for their roles in our life that they still may play after this meditation,

We're just clearing the energetics and now we step in that middle circle into coming close to you and one by one stepping into the fire and as they do we're releasing any cords,

Any negativity or arguments that have been had in the past,

You still love them,

They're still going to be around but you're not going to have them so tied up into your heart's affairs,

We cleanse and clear them,

We disconnect the cords from ourselves and we release any conversations,

Any situations that you've had with them that have served you but do not serve you anymore and we release them into the fire and watch the the burning embers of all of their personalities,

Their traits release high into the sky where the universe lovingly transmutes any negativity,

Stuckness,

Victimness,

Perpetrator,

Energy takers,

Releasing with love without judgment and now it is time in your innermost circle,

There might only be one person or even two,

It doesn't matter how many but these are your buddies that have got your back,

That love you unconditionally for who you are and now it is time for you to reflect on yourself and you stand in that fire looking at your people lovingly,

Bearing your soul,

Bearing it to you,

They are your mirror,

What you see in them is what is in you,

What you want from them is also in you,

So now as you are in this fire it is releasing anything that is not from your highest beautiful loving heart,

Meaning you may have been victim,

You may have been perpetrator,

You may have been judge and jury,

You may have mean streaks in you,

Secretive streaks in you,

Lying streaks in you,

No judgment here,

This is our jury so to speak with your loving beautiful ones holding the space for you to do this,

Be completely honest,

Trust the process,

Trust yourself as each situation you can think about that you may have done in the past or you may be playing out now behind closed doors,

You are releasing.

It is time to let go of the old,

The old personality traits,

The things that do not serve us because we are moving into a higher frequency and we cannot take that control with us,

We cannot hang on to the old,

So let's do it with ease and grace and so much love in our hearts and as you look into the eyes of your beautiful best best besties in the world,

You see the reflection of yourself,

Beauty,

Love,

Acceptance,

Compassion,

Strength,

Honesty,

Integrity,

Kindness,

Caring,

Service,

Did I say love,

Peace and joy.

And as we go through all these beautiful words that you are,

It's almost like the I am,

I am love,

I am peace,

I am integrity,

I am joy,

I am compassion,

I am beauty,

I love and accept myself and all the old drosses releasing the cords,

The karma,

The ancestral patterns and conditions are going up in the fire and leaving your being.

And as it all leaves your being,

You become lighter and lighter and as you become lighter,

You start to rise like a phoenix,

You turn into this beautiful golden phoenix,

A rebirth thing as you let go and the fire destroys the old parts of you that do not serve.

Rising like a phoenix with beautiful big wings,

Golden energy throughout your being,

Rising,

Rising,

Rising above the forest,

Looking down,

Seeing the most beautiful people in your life and if there is room for more,

We put that intention in the heart and we put that intention for more,

We put that intention out now,

Bringing us the people that we can trust,

Bringing us the people that have our back,

Bringing us the people that love us unconditionally without judgment.

And as we have all risen high,

High,

High into the sky in a beautiful big circle with everyone else doing this meditation,

It doesn't have to be at the same time,

It's the intention and the phoenix through its beautiful golden eyes throws out rays of gold all around the world to all the children,

To all the women,

To all the men,

To all the animals,

To all the plants,

To all of nature,

Restoring with this beautiful golden energy all parts of the earth.

And you may love to stay here in this gorgeous energy that we've created for as long as you wish.

I am going to come back down and bring you down too if you wish,

Back down,

Down.

Coming down into the fire,

Walking out of the fire into your white attire,

Sitting amongst your beautiful besties,

Your soul family,

Or having a space there in your circle for the ones that are coming.

You are never alone.

You always,

Always have angels walking with you.

We walk back through the forest with our beautiful guide,

Sipping our water after being so close in that fire,

Replenishing our body,

Replenishing ourselves with the beautiful crystalline water.

Walking back out of the forest with our feet on the grass,

Back into your room,

Feeling into your body.

When you're ready,

Coming to if you wish.

Not getting too involved with any one topic going on out there.

Sometimes looking outwards without getting caught up,

But mainly looking inwards and doing the work.
