Finding yourself in a seat where your spine can move upwards and the bottom half of your body can sink downwards.
Allow yourself to open up and welcome this present moment as it opens its arms for you to be here now.
Noticing how with intention you can allow yourself just to be here now.
Stacking vertebra upon vertebra so that your spine lifts towards the heavens.
A slight tuck in your chin creates more space at the back of your neck.
Feel the lift from your neck to the crown of your head.
Allow your shoulders to drop down naturally.
Let your belly relax and flop out,
Breathing gently,
Softly through your side ribs.
Noticing all the muscles on your face,
Enjoying the sensation of feeling like your face is slowly melting as you relax more and more.
Noticing if you unclench your jaw,
There's a slight parting between the top and the bottom jaw.
Allow your tongue to relax.
Noticing if you're clenching or contracting your muscles in your legs and let that go,
Let it all go.
Noticing how effortless you can sit when you focus your attention on it.
Being aware of your whole body here and now,
How your whole body is pulsating with stillness.
Scanning your body once more,
Wherever you feel tight or you're clenching,
Relaxing again and again and again.
Spine stays straight,
The eyes softly closed,
Belly flopping outwards,
Face slowly melting.
In this meditation,
Right here,
Right now,
We're going to release ourselves from any soul contracts or any patterns that are keeping us where we don't want to be.
We're going to unbind ourselves,
Untangle ourselves.
We're going to unbind ourselves and untangle ourselves from the old version,
The old version of us who we so deeply care for and just wants to keep us safe and yet we are ready to shed that skin and step out as a radiant,
Beautiful,
Powerful,
Magnetic being.
Becoming aware of your breath and where it's traveling in your body.
Simple mindful practice,
Bringing body and thought together here and now.
Bringing your intention,
Bringing your attention to your whole body and noticing the energetic field your body naturally has.
Millions of vibrating atoms and particles,
Joyfully alive.
As you sit here,
As you sit here,
I want you to picture all around you,
Each soul contract,
Each pattern,
Each negative belief.
All around you,
You know exactly which ones you're ready to let go of,
Which ones you no longer need in your being.
Perhaps it's in front of you,
To the side,
Behind you.
Give them a shape,
An entity,
A beingness.
What color are they?
How do they smell like?
And just notice how there are cords attached to your energetic field.
You're sitting here in the room,
A beautiful,
Magnetic and powerful being.
And all around you are those things,
Those thoughts,
Those patterns,
Those soul contracts that you are ready to let go of.
And you see them connected to you with cords,
Beams of light,
Thick ropes.
Whatever feels right to you,
How they are still attached to your being.
I want you to notice how ready you are to rise above these,
To allow these to fade away.
How they are holding you down,
Not allowing you to be fully you.
And perhaps this is even ancestral work,
Right here,
Right now,
That you will be releasing.
And before we let go,
It's time to honor them.
It's time to realize each one of these thoughts and patterns and soul contracts are actually here to protect you,
To keep you safe.
To make sure that you are getting the love that they think you deserve.
I want you to feel this in your heart,
The compassion for each one of these thoughts or patterns or contracts.
Allowing that compassion to flood your heart.
From your heart to your energetic being and out through each one of the cords and into the middle of each one of these contracts and patterns and thoughts.
Noticing the softness in your body when you turn to compassion.
That they just really wanted to protect you and love you.
And how beautiful that truly is.
And yet you know,
You know that you are ready for more.
So you forgive them and say thank you.
I love you for being here and for protecting me.
I forgive you.
I forgive you deeply.
And I am so sorry.
I am so sorry for all the internal hate that your simple love and protectedness caused me to feel about myself.
I honor you and I love you.
Thank you.
Just taking a moment to really go through and honor each one of these thoughts or limiting beliefs or contracts or patterns of behavior that you no longer want.
And bowing to them in your mind's eye and just whispering thank you,
I love you.
Take a few moments to do this.
Take your time.
Feel the compassion and the love.
And slowly coming back.
As we begin the process of releasing ourselves from that which holds us down.
A beautiful sword.
Golden rays emitting from the double edged knife blade.
It's floating right in front of you.
You see it.
You desire it.
It feels so good to be in its presence.
You reach forward with your hands and it fits you perfectly.
It has your name inscribed on the hilt.
This is your power.
You touch the sword to your own forehead and whisper a little prayer of gratitude and thanks.
And very slowly you take this sword and you cut down the middle of each one of these patterns and thoughts and beliefs and soul contracts that you no longer need.
Notice how cleanly it slices through each of the cords,
Whether it's rope or energy.
It doesn't matter.
This sword is powerful.
See each of the cords being cut cleanly.
As you go around in a circle,
Take your time with intention and gratitude.
As you come full circle,
The sword in your hands touching your forehead to the blade.
One last thank you.
Eyes closed,
Forehead to the blade.
You notice how suddenly you feel lighter.
Your radiance is shining like a fire from the inside.
You feel the energetic bubble of aliveness,
Of power,
Of magnitude,
That which you are.
Each thought,
Contract,
Pattern,
Belief you notice slowly fades as it backs into the horizon and gets smaller and smaller and smaller until you are left in this room.
A shining orb of light,
Shimmering and dancing with your own power.
You notice yourself feeling ready to rise.
You notice the excitement in each one of your cells.
You feel your inner fire,
Your inner power.
The sword in your hands slowly disappears.
You bring your hands to your heart space,
One hand over the other.
You bring your hand to your heart space,
One hand over the other.
As you feel grateful,
Right here,
Right now,
To be stepping into the magnetic,
Powerful being that you are.
Noticing how your energy is increasing.
How rays of radiating sunshine come from your heart and permeate the whole room.
Notice yourself sitting taller,
Head held high,
Heart open.
A smile playing on your lips.
Feeling the inner motivation to rise and be a leader right now.
You feel confident.
You feel secure.
You feel passionate.
You feel ready.
Noticing how you feel right here,
Right now.
And know that this can be you every single day when you tune back in to your power and your passion and your motivation to be a leader.
With a smile on your face,
Slowly opening your eyes.
And knowing that everything is always in alignment to help you rise higher and higher to your true power.
