Sit in a comfortable position.

Notice any tension that you hold in your body.

Relax your face and your neck.

Release the tension from your shoulders and your arms.

Let go of any nervous strain in your stomach.

Relax your back and your buttocks.

Release any tension from your legs and your feet.

Slowly breathe in,

Slowly breathe out,

Releasing the stress.

Slowly breathe in,

Breathe out and release the stress.

Slowly breathe in,

Breathe out and release any stress.

Think of something wonderful that has happened to you in the last week.

Now bring your attention to your heart space and allow that positivity of love to grow.

Let the positivity flow throughout your body.

Feel that love flow all the way to your fingers and toes.

Now bring your attention back to your heart space and feel the love.

Breathe in and breathe out.

You are now ready to return to life with calm and clarity.
