Gratitude is such a great way to centre yourself and make it easier to connect with compassion and joy.
Gratitude for the little and the big things in life should be a high priority.
Bringing gratitude affirmations into your daily practice both in the morning and evening can have a beautiful effect on your life.
Choose to repeat or listen as you carry on with your day.
I am thankful for the help and support of others.
Because I am grateful now,
I am keeping the door open for other blessings.
I can always find something in my day to appreciate.
I am more powerful than I know and I can achieve anything.
I am grateful for being a conscious creator.
I am thankful for everything that has happened in my life.
I trust and appreciate that the universe is supporting my highest good.
All I have right now is this moment and for that I am joyful.
I am worthy of being loved.
I embrace each day with a sense of gratitude.
I am grateful for the opportunities for growth the universe provides me with.
Even though I might not acknowledge all my blessings,

You have the power to change your thoughts and your world and it all starts with gratitude.
