This is David with a healing meditation.
This meditation contains music at 528 hertz,
Which is a solfeggio scale note for miracles and healing DNA.
As well as that,
There is binaural beats,
So you best grab your headphones.
On the right hand side,
There will be 111 hertz.
This is for cell regeneration.
This increases beta endorphins in the body.
And next,
On the left hand side,
There is 123 hertz.
This creates the binaural beat of 12 hertz.
This is a great frequency for relaxing the mind and really getting you focused to meditate.
And then after three minutes,
It will drop down to 121 hertz on the left hand side.
This will increase serotonin release.
Serotonin has a major role in the body.
It is a happy hormone.
It helps with cognition,
Memory.
It helps regulate sleep and appetite,
Bone health.
It also regulates your sexual drive and diarrhea.
For the binaural beats,
You must wear headphones,
Otherwise it just won't work.
Binaural beats work because the right ear will hear one frequency,
The left ear will hear another frequency,
And the brain will create the third frequency,
The difference between the two frequencies.
When the brain listens to these frequencies,
It transmits them to the body and really allows the body to thrive.
Just five minutes a day can help make a difference.
So get your headphones on,
Find yourself a comfortable position and relax.
Now that you are comfortable,
It is time to take some nice relaxing breaths.
Just allow yourself to breathe deeply down into the belly and release it slowly.
Now just take three deep belly breaths in and out in your own time.
And as you breathe deeply into the belly,
You engage the parasympathetic nervous system.
This automatically lowers your blood pressure,
Slows your heart,
And allows you to engage in a relaxing meditation.
In the background,
The music plays,
Just allowing your DNA to repair.
And with the binaural beats just playing gently in the background,
It's going to help you bring your mind down into alpha wave frequencies.
Alpha brainwaves are perfect for just slowing you down and allowing you to focus into meditation.
And as you continue this slow deep breathing,
You can feel your body becoming more and more relaxed.
The music just gently soothing your ears.
With the binaural beats there in the background,
Talking to your mind on a subconscious level.
And as you become completely relaxed,
Just relax your breathing and allow yourself to just listen to these words.
And now,
As you become less aware of your physical body,
You become more aware more aware of your own perfect and pure subconscious mind that really does know everything about you.
And that subconscious mind now opens to receive,
To accept,
And act on all the positive affirmations,
Concepts,
And images in this meditation.
As you drift deeper into relaxation,

Creating new energy,

And healing.

And regenerate.
Allow you to adopt all these positive outlooks which are for your highest good and comfort.

You can imagine yourself in a beautiful place,
A place of comfort,
Peace,
And tranquillity,
Of safety and of healing,
In a warm,
Wooded glade where you can feel comfortable,
Your body and your mind rested,
A place where you can return at any time,
And you feel that you truly belong here,
That you are valued and loved here.
And with those comfortable feelings,
You feel more and more relaxed as you drift and move deeper into this place,
The ground soft and springy beneath your feet,
The sunlight diffused by the branches and the foliage of the trees,
The subtle sounds of wondrous nature allowing you to just calm,
Causing you to easily let go and rest so deeply.
Now you find yourself by a pool of crystal clear water.
The pool is filled with natural spring water that is heated by nature's own forces.
Steam rises from its gently bubbling surface.
The pool looks so inviting and so comforting,
Restful and peaceful,
And you can begin to see sense or imagine yourself easing into the waters of the pool.
You find a convenient rocky ledge that supports you and you feel so light,
Weightless and peaceful.
As the soothing waters rise to cover your chest and your shoulders,
You have no concerns or fears.
As the water bubbles around your body,
Massaging and comforting every part of you,
The gentle heat of the waters relaxes you,
Soothes you and you sense the gentle stimulation of the swirling waters.
The bubbles massage your skin with a gentle penetrating warmth as the soft sensation surrounds you,
Penetrating deep into your muscles,
Into your bones,
Soothing your nerves,
Working on every cell and every fibre of your being,
Of your being,
Causing you to relax even more deeply than before.
As the waters swirl and the gentle heat penetrates deep within you,
Releasing all discomfort and pain,
Washed away by the gentle healing flow,
You relax even deeper,
Now allowing the massaging effect of the healing waters to concentrate on those parts of you,
Any joints and muscles that have been causing you pain and discomfort,
And you feel those parts relax as the discomfort is soothed away.
You experience a sense of release,
Freedom,
Peace and comfort that permeates your whole being,
You settle deeper into relaxation as the waters continue to massage,
You feel calm and comfortable,
And every part of your body is now free of discomfort and pain.
Allow yourself a little more time to really feel the warmth of the water as it gently washes over you and heals your body at the deepest levels,

And an overwhelming sense of wellbeing,
Acknowledge that you belong and that you are happy,
Acknowledge that you can create your own reality,
And the following affirmations are there to help your subconscious mind,

And happy,
This is a good day for you,
And any discomfort is immediately released,
Your body relaxes naturally,
