Hello,

My name is Selma Wisschiewe and I'm a health and mindset coach.

Today I want to meditate with you when it comes to anxiety at work.

We all feel sometimes stressed,

But when stress keeps holding on and you get anxiety or panic attacks,

It's very hard to deal with.

During this meditation,

I want to help you relax,

Take it easy and connect with yourself again.

Find a comfortable seat,

Relax your shoulders,

Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

Slowly in and slowly out.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Exactly like that.

One more time,

Breathe in and breathe out.

You're going to connect with yourself again.

Let go of what people at work say to you.

Let go of the projects that might cause you stress.

Let go of your surroundings and let go of the pressure you feel by others.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Let go of everything.

Breathe in one more time and let go of all the stress and anxiety that you feel in your body.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Soften your shoulders.

Place your hands on your heart and breathe in to your heart with positive energy and love towards yourself.

Breathe out and let go of all the anxiety and stress and pressure you might be feeling.

It's okay.

Everything is going to be alright.

You don't have to pressure yourself.

Say unkind words to yourself.

You are good enough just the way you are and you're doing your best you can to provide your work,

To provide for your family,

For your friends.

You're a good person.

May you shine your light and let go of everything that is holding you down.

Let go of the negative emotions.

Let go of the negative words you're telling yourself.

Anxiety comes from the inside.

You're in control of how people let you feel.

Every time you feel stress or pressure from the outside,

Return inwards towards yourself and know you're enough.

You're amazing no matter what other people say.

You do your work the best you can and you send out love towards everyone and release your pressure.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

I want you to breathe in all the light,

The love towards yourself.

Breathe in and breathe out all the anxiety and stress you put on yourself.

Breathe in,

Bring in the light and the love towards yourself.

You are enough and breathe out all the pressure and the anxiety you're feeling.

Breathe in,

Feel the light going through your whole body making you warm.

Breathe out.

Breathe in the light and breathe out all of that's holding you down.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Just like that.

That's amazing.

Let go.

Breathe in your love and light and breathe out all the stress and anxiety.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Remember during this day that you are loved just the way you are and you are good enough just the way you are.

Don't put pressure on yourself.

Don't feel pressure of others.

You are in control on how you feel during this day.

Every time you have the feeling you get stress or anxiety again,

Breathe in the light and make your whole body warm and breathe out the anxiety and the pressure.

It's very simple.

You can do it just once when you feel it or a few times in a row if the anxiety is really big.

Just breathe in all the light and breathe out all the anxiety and pressure and stress you're feeling and let go.
