In this lesson, we learn the truth about thoughts; that they are not the truth but a mere illusion that comes from our life-long and generational conditioning. We also learn how to navigate life with thoughts on board without getting stuck on trying to change our thinking all the time.

In this lesson, we explore how traditional stress management teachings can move us more toward stress than away from it. We also see how additive psychology is stress increasing and seeing the truth leads to psychological subtraction. All of this is underpinned by an acknowledgment of our innate well-being.

In this lesson, you will learn that you always have and always will have the diamond of well-being inside you. You will be encouraged to see the places in life where you have seen that show up and that the only thing ever in the way is thought in the moment being believed. You will end the course with the hope that innate well-being is there and accessible for you all the time.
