What meaning have you attached to that story?
Itās the thoughts you have about that event that is causing the emotion. Our thoughts cause our suffering.
Lesson 2 delves into the profound concept of perception and the power of our interpretations in shaping our lives. It suggests that the significance we attach to events and situations is not inherent in the circumstances themselves but rather arises from the meanings we ascribe to them and invites you to reflect on the power you hold in constructing your reality.
You will learn the importance of being mindful of your interpretations and the stories you tell yourself about the world around you. By acknowledging that you have the capacity to assign meaning, you gain a degree of control over your emotional responses and you can shape your life in a way that aligns with your values and aspirations.

Inner Child Work
Working with your inner child is a practice that allows you to get into contact with the child within you and begin to understand and embrace him or her.
This process is a vital component to healing as it reconnects you with a wounded element of yourself, the child within, and as you begin to reconnect, you can begin to discover (and heal) the root of many fears and insecurities as well as self-sabotaging life patterns.
It is one of the most effective ways to release us from the trauma of our past. This lesson includes a meditation to help you connect with your inner child.

The Power Of Forgiveness
The final lesson on this transformative journey will focus on the practice of forgiveness.
Holding on to negative feelings weakens you at your very core and keeps you imprisoned in your intense pain, holding you back from living an abundant life filled with love and happiness. Grudges, resentments and grievances are the chains that constrict and exhaust the very essence of your being and keep your heart firmly locked in shackles of pain.
To fully evolve into the best version of you, the practice of forgiveness is essential.
This lesson introduces you to a simple 4-step forgiveness practice which you can add to your wellbeing toolbox as well as the ancient Hawaiian practice of HoāPoānopono. These forgiveness techniques help you transform from being the victim in your story and empower you to become the hero/heroine instead.
