In this lesson, you will learn why Clare dropped the title of “Queen of Calm” as she began to see that the seeking of calm is creating more suffering than in is resolving. You will also be encouraged to reflect on your own relationship with calm and share your insights on the course platform.

The Illusion Of Mind As Problem Solver
In this lesson, we look at how the mind creates the illusion that not being calm is not okay and then tries to solve it. We learn the metaphor of the Rolodex of the past and how the mind does not have the answers.

The Mystery Of Thoughts And Feelings
In this lesson, we look in detail at the interconnectedness between thoughts and feelings. We also learn about how it is impossible to know what unconscious influences play a part in a thought that emerges in the moment and how this can help us have a lighter relationship with our thoughts and therefore not feel the need to change them as much.

Embracing Non-Duality
In this lesson, we touch on non-dualism and begin to learn the truth that everything that arises within us is part of the same amazing human experience. We also begin to see more clearly how all feelings are okay and none are dangerous.

Understanding Emotional Energy
In this lesson, we will learn a new perspective on emotions. Changing from seeing them as a problem to seeing them as energy moving in the body. We will also look at how we can conserve energy and use it more wisely by allowing emotions to flow without resistance.

Cultivating Awareness
In this lesson, we explore the superpower of awareness. We look at the difference between judgmental and non-judgmental awareness and why the latter is preferable. We also learn how to cultivate awareness through a simple practice.

Acceptance And Allowance
In this lesson, we look at the power of acceptance and allowance. Rather than doing this from a perspective of trying to make ourselves accept and allow, we look to be able to do both because we see our human experience differently.

Living In Flow
In this lesson, we look at the power of living life from a place of flow. We look to see how knowing that the human experience is natural and normal can help us to stay more grounded in the present moment and live life more effortlessly.

Integration And Reflection
In this lesson, we reflect on the journey throughout the course. We will also be encouraged to explore where the learnings from the course can be integrated into life and how this integration will (ironically) lead to more calm.
