Brigid - The Ever Living Flame
In this opening lesson, we meet Brigid as the eternal flame of inspiration, healing, and protection. Drawing from ancient lore and the lived experience of the heart, we explore how Brigid invites us to tend the inner fire that sustains us through life’s challenges.
Les 2
The Well Of Stillness
Brigid is not only keeper of the flame but guardian of sacred wells—places of deep knowing, healing, and reflection. In this lesson, we explore the Celtic reverence for holy wells and how we can access our own inner source of calm and wisdom.
Les 3
Brigid's Creative Fire
Brigid is the patroness of poets, makers, and midwives—those who birth beauty, truth, and possibility into the world. In this lesson, we explore creativity not just as artistic output, but as a sacred force of renewal. Whether through words, movement, ideas, or the quiet creation of a life that feels true, Brigid’s flame invites us to rekindle what longs to come alive through us.
Les 4
Brigid - The Sacred Protector
Brigid has long been invoked as a guardian of hearth and home, of kin and creatures, of body and spirit. In this lesson, we meet Brigid as protector—not with shields and swords, but with presence, compassion, and fierce love. We explore how her protective energy can help us set boundaries, claim space for rest and healing, and feel held in our most vulnerable moments.
Les 5
Brigid As Anam Cara - Soul Friend
At the heart of Celtic spirituality is the concept of Anam Cara, the soul friend. In this lesson, we explore how Brigid embodies this sacred companionship and how nature, others, and even our own spirit can walk with us as soul friends through hardship and healing.

Chant Of The Flame - A Sacred Sound Practice
In this final lesson, I invite you to rest in the healing rhythm of a sacred chant called Caim agus Currach.
The sacred Gaelic chant is used in part in each lesson and in full here with the kind permission of Céile Dé, an esoteric Celtic path of spiritual awakening. The Currach is a small boat without oars or sails, and the word 'caim 'means encompassing or encircling. It is often used to mean a loving and protective Divine Grace that encircles us wherever we go.
As you let this simple, yet powerful chant wash over you, the invitation is to allow yourself space to pause, breathe, and listen — not only to the chant, but to what has stirred within you throughout this journey. Let the repetition become a doorway to deeper wisdom, and a pathway to insight, integration, and sacred remembrance.
