Changing Your Repsonse to Stress
In this lesson, there’s three ways we’re going to discuss how you can change your response to stress. The first is through an acronym I call RISE, the second is through engaging in the behavioral and egoic override or tapping into our highest self, and the last is learning the 4 steps of a simple communication process.

Manage Your Stress
In this lesson, we are going to uncover a few different ways you can manage your stress, including my anti-stress technique that can help you with an all around stress release in just a matter of minutes or longer if you'd like!

Preparing for Stressful Situations
In this lesson, we’ll cover two methods for how to help you prepare for stressful situations, so you feel equipped with tools going into the moment, including one which can transport you to a state of calm at your fingertips.

This is the last lesson in this series and in this one, we'll create your why so we can ensure that these changes stick, and then you'll be guided into my distress to de-stressed meditation which you can come back to at anytime! I really enjoyed this. The tips to reduce stress was really informative. I love the acronyms which can prove as memory aids and make them easy to remember and apply. Thank you for a great series.

This is one of my favorite stress courses! I got so much out of this. I'm going to do it again to pick up things I may have missed.i loved the science of it combined with the info and techniques. A wonderful, soothing voice. Thank you. šŸ˜„
