Hello Shadow
Welcome to your first step into the art of shadow work; a gentle hello to the parts of yourself that live just beneath the surface. In this session, we’ll explore where the idea of “the shadow” comes from — from ancient practices of self-inquiry to the pioneering work of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, who taught that our “shadow” isn’t evil or wrong, but simply the parts of ourselves that long to be acknowledged. We’ll trace how the shadow shows up in both psychology and spirituality, and how integrating it can help us manifest from authenticity rather than fear or perfectionism. This isn’t about digging for flaws it’s about saying hello to the parts of you that already know the truth. Grab your journal, your favorite blanket, and maybe a cozy cup of tea — it’s time to meet yourself with curiosity, not judgment.

The Witch, The Rebel & The Forsaken
Today we begin to listen more closely to the voices within — the parts of us that speak through emotion, memory, and instinct. Every shadow has a story, and those stories often take shape as archetypes: the Witch, the Rebel, and the Forsaken. These archetypes are not flaws — they are mirrors. Each one reflects something beautiful, strong, and human within you. By meeting them gently, you begin to see the deeper pattern beneath your reactions, the way your story has protected your heart. Through journaling and reflection, you’ll uncover which archetype speaks loudest in your life right now and how all three can work together as guides toward integration and authenticity.

Curious Conversations With The Shadow
Now that you’ve met your inner archetypes, today is about building a relationship with them. Instead of seeing these parts as problems to fix, we’ll begin to recognize them as teachers, each carrying a message about what wants to be healed, expressed, or reclaimed. Through reflection, journaling, and guided inquiry, you’ll learn how to notice which archetype is leading the moment and how to respond with understanding rather than reaction. This is where shadow work becomes less about analysis and more about relationship, learning to dance gently with your own patterns, rather than fighting them.

Integration In Bloom
After exploring, reflecting, and gently uncovering your shadow’s stories, this final day is about allowing everything to settle and bloom. Integration is the moment the lessons take root, where awareness turns into peace, and the parts of you that once felt separate begin to belong to each other again. Let this meditation be your exhale, the soft unfolding after deep growth. Imagine all that you’ve met within yourself beginning to blossom together, the Witch, the Rebel, the Forsaken — now no longer fragments, but petals of the same flower.
