Wat je zal leren
This course is a gentle contemplative journey into remembering God as our Source, our refuge, and our true home. Through reflection, presence, and prayer, we explore what it means to live grounded in God’s Love, guided by God’s Wisdom, and aligned with God’s Will. The sessions invite a deepening awareness of divine presence in everyday life—moving from inner need and surrender into service, connection, and abiding peace. This course does not ask for belief, effort, or perfection. It offers a simple invitation to remember, return, and remain. You are welcome to listen quietly, to reflect, or to adopt the prayers as they feel supportive. Nothing is forced. Nothing is required. God is nearer than breath. Presence is always available and accessible to each and every one of us.

Les 1
Returning To God: An Invitation
This opening session offers a gentle invitation into the journey of remembrance. Rather than striving or belief, it invites openness, presence, and willingness to return—again and again—to what is already here with you and within you, always.
Les 2
God As The Source
This session reflects on God as the Source, origin, and sustainer of all existence. It invites contemplation of life as arising from God, resting in God, and returning to God, offering a grounding perspective that shifts how we understand ourselves, the world, and our place within it.
Les 3
God’s Infinite Love
This session explores God’s Infinite Love as unconditional, unconditioned, and ever-present. Listeners are invited to rest in a love that does not depend on worthiness, effort, or outcomes, and to gently notice how receiving this love softens striving and brings reassurance and inner ease.
Les 4
God’s Omnipresent Presence
This session invites awareness of God’s Presence permeating every moment, place, and experience. Rather than something distant or reserved for special moments, divine presence is explored as immediate and intimate, accessible in stillness, activity, difficulty, and ordinary daily life.
Les 5
Trusting The All-Knowing
This session explores trust as a natural response to recognising God’s omniscience. It gently invites the release of excessive control and certainty, making space for humility, patience, and surrender. Trust is framed as alignment with wisdom beyond our limited perspective.
Les 6
Surrendering To God’s Will
This session explores surrender as alignment with reality rather than resignation. By recognising God’s Will as what is, listeners are invited to soften resistance, accept the present moment, and discover how peace arises naturally when we stop struggling against what cannot be controlled.
Les 7
Receiving Divine Guidance
This session invites a quieter relationship with guidance—one rooted in listening rather than striving. Divine guidance is explored as something that emerges through presence, attentiveness, and openness, helping us respond to life with greater clarity, trust, and sensitivity to the moment.
Les 8
Belonging And Custodianship
This session reframes belonging not as ownership or possession, but as custodianship and care. It invites reflection on how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world when we recognise that all things are temporarily entrusted to us, calling forth responsibility, humility, and respect.
Les 9
Manifesting God’s Qualities
This session reflects on how divine qualities such as compassion, mercy, patience, and care are lived rather than claimed. It invites listeners to see themselves as participants through whom these qualities are expressed, allowing everyday actions to become reflections of divine presence.
Les 10
Living In Service
This session explores service as a natural expression of love that flows from presence rather than obligation or sacrifice. Service is framed as responsiveness to what is needed, allowing life itself to guide action and transforming ordinary moments into opportunities for care.
Les 11
The Divine Connection
This session reflects on the deepest and most stable connection—the connection with God that does not come and go. It invites resting in divine presence as the ground of security, easing fears of loss, loneliness, and abandonment, and offering reassurance beyond changing circumstances.
Les 12
The Need For God
This session explores the deep human need for God beyond form, survival, or circumstance. It invites recognition of a need that is simple and universal, and gently shows how this need is continually met through remembrance, presence, and turning toward the Source of life.
Les 13
When Forgetfulness Returns
This session gently addresses what happens when forgetfulness returns—when presence fades, the ego resurfaces, or old patterns reappear. Rather than treating forgetfulness as failure, this lesson reframes it as a natural part of the path, inviting compassion, honesty, and a gentle return to God’s Presence.
Les 14
Being In God’s Presence
This session offers practical support for returning to God’s Presence when forgetfulness arises. Disturbance and suffering are reframed as invitations rather than failures, calling us back to awareness, humility, and trust, and restoring alignment with divine presence in everyday life.
Les 15
Living This Path In Everyday Life
This session brings the contemplative path into ordinary, imperfect daily life. It explores how remembrance, surrender, service, and presence are lived not in ideal conditions, but in relationships, work, difficulty, and uncertainty. The path is revealed as something lived gently, moment by moment.
Les 16
Resting In God
This concluding session gathers the entire journey into rest rather than effort. It invites listeners to settle into a gentle rhythm of remembering, returning, and remaining, affirming that nothing essential is missing and that God’s Presence is always near and always available.

I really enjoyed this course with its loving narrative and invitations to return to God -with space to hold and reflect upon what that means for me. This also feels more needed than ever right now in the midst of the turbulence and cruelty happening in this moment.
