It's a discreet technique you can use anywhere to quickly restore a sense of calm. The second lesson introduces the Worry Balloon Release, a guided visualization that helps you gently detach from anxious thoughts. By imagining your worries inside a balloon and watching it float away, you create a sense of mental space and distance from your stress. Both tools are designed to be effective and easy to integrate into your life, offering you a reliable way to regain your center and manage difficult moments with greater ease. A guided practice is included in each lesson.
