What is rest and how can we unpack our internal beliefs around it and build a more fulfilling relationship, so it becomes an integrated part of our daily lives? Half theory, half rest practice, this hybrid course over ten days is a gateway to how rest shows up for you. Each session is 11 minutes, with a different theme each day. At the end of each lesson is space to digest and integrate, you can use this space to daydream, rest or do nothing at all.

A pause designed to support and recover. Today's lesson is all about creating clarity around what REST actually means. This a simple introduction to get us curious about your beliefs around rest.

Rest may feel like it's all about us, but there's more to it than that. In this lesson today we will explore the synchronicities of how our bodies connect with rest and the universe.

Today we explore how our relationship with worthiness can influence our rest practices. How our most human basic needs can be withheld or restricted when we do not feel worthy.

Have you ever held a loved one's hand, and felt how intimate and entwined you felt? When we are curious about our relationship with rest, it can be helpful to imagine and even discover our ancestors' relationships with rest.

Today's lesson is all about those feel-good emotions that can help us shift our start of being. Developing our skills to evoke heart-centred emotions and generate compassion for ourselves.

Welcome to the concept that all stressors need downtime to neutralise. We find it easy to do, do, do yet when it comes to combining rest with doing we can learn how to embrace this in our daily lives.

Not a list of rest practices, but more of an observation as to what rest feels like for you so that you can choose practices that work for you. We explore how learning what rest feels like is part of the practice, so loving kindness and patience are key.

Life is full of obstacles and we can find ourselves struggling to flow with ease at the best of times. Learning to rest can be like this, it can be awkward and frustrating when we just don't know why we find it so hard to do something that seems seemingly simple. Let's unpack this today.

Today's lesson is all bout how our rest practices can help us cultivate and improve self-love. Strengthening our connection with our dream space is the perfect place to start.

Sometimes growing your relationship with rest can be a lonely place. We may rest alone, or find it difficult to have conversations about it with others. Not quite what I expected, but a good course overall with some helpful ideas Rachel, I was expecting a little more guided practice. However I probably needed to sit with the silence, as challenging as that can be for me.🙏
