In today’s session, we explore the part of you that procrastinates—not to judge or override it, but to understand it. You’ll learn how this “avoider” often holds fear, perfectionism, or even a younger version of yourself. Through teaching and meditation, we’ll meet this part with care, curiosity, and compassion, beginning the process of unfreezing inner resistance.

In this final session, we’ll explore how to move forward in ways that are gentle, sustainable, and rooted in compassion. You’ll learn how to take action without pressure—by honouring your nervous system, breaking down tasks into safe micro-steps, and replacing perfectionism with presence. Today’s meditation will support you in visualising your next small, supported step toward change.
