Present moment awareness is a practice of noticing. Over the next four lessons you will learn to experiment, notice, practice and reflect on four of your senses as a way to stay present in the moment. Smell, Sight, Sound, and Touch. When we can notice these senses as individual elements, and hone in on them, a beautiful dance is created with the present moment. We can get grounded, reduce anxiety, and allow an opportunity to pay attention to what is happening right now rather than skip ahead to the future. Instead of focusing on the next thing, we use our senses to be here right now, collectively together. Welcome! Let's stay present, together.
