A dedicated practice spot — a cushion, a chair, or a simple corner — helps your body and mind remember: this is where I return. Even one candle, a flower, or a small sacred object can anchor presence and beauty. We’ll also look at the mindset that supports consistency: gentleness instead of pressure, curiosity instead of judgment, and the freedom to begin again each day. Preparation isn’t about perfection — it’s about creating conditions that invite calm, focus, and trust. A short practice invites you to choose your own place of practice and dedicate it with intention: “This is my place of practice.”
