Life Challenges as a Heart Opener to Manifest & Become the BIG You
Introducing myself and sharing why I was called to learn and teach Norse galdr and Nordic nature spirituality. I share my story and the transformational moments that led me to learn and teach the spiritual practice of galdr - which is song magic - as well as connecting with nature and the elemental beings. When we become connected to nature and to our hearts through these practices - that have been tried and tested by our ancestors - we step into the BIG version of us; the one that is a part of God consciousness, the one that feels BIG and can manifest anything it desires because it is so in tune with what it truly is.

What is Norse Magic?
In this chapter, we dive into what magic is and what Norse magic is, what a connection to nature does, what a vølve is, and what galdr is. The Nordic song shaman was called a vølve / volva, and her magical songs were called galdr. We learn how to use galdr in different ways. We also learn to connect with our spirit guides. I encourage you to complete the Nordic Shamanic Journey to meet your spirit guides / Fylge (Meditation found on this platform).
Recommended practices: Daily meditation, daily mirror work, daily being in nature, writing manifestation goals, watching mind movies, listening to recorded affirmations while falling asleep, or the Abundance chant. Do the shamanic Fylge journey one time (Nordic Shamanic Journey to meet your spirit guides / Fylge).

Return to Nature to Return to the True Nature of You
In this chapter, we dive into how we can connect with nature to become more connected to ourselves. We learn about out-sitting, the wild forces of nature, nature spirits, and elemental beings. We learn about to the importance of becoming as free as we can be - within us to unlock all the magical skills we each possess. Nature is wild, and compared to the ordered structures of society, can seem chaotic, however, nature is
not chaotic. There is an order in nature as well. And it comes from everything having its rightful place
and acting out of its true nature. This module also offers guidance on how to become more consistant in our spiritual practice and in working towards our goals by identifying potential blockages and the antidote.
Recommended continued practices: Daily meditation, daily mirror work, daily being in nature, writing manifestation goals, watching mind movies, listening to recorded affirmations while falling asleep, or the Abundance chant.
New practice: Challenge yourself: Take action every day that you wouldn't normally do, preferably outside of your comfort zone.
New practice: Do one of the following one time: the song meditation/galdr, movement meditation, or dance manifestation - at home or in nature.
How? Sing, move, or dance yourself into a trance, using the method of your choice, do this for at least 20 minutes for the mind to go into a theta state.
Then here, simply feel what a powerful being you are, connected to nature and infinite spirit, or focus on your specific manifestation goals, feeling it deeply, how it is already given, feeling the gratitude.

Dreams, Symbolism & Archetypes: Change Your Consciousness
In this chapter, we learn about dream symbolism and how to gain more information from the spirit world in our dreams. We look at Christ / sun and the holy grail symbolism and how that relates to us in shamanic practices, realizing and acknowledging our courage, power and uniqueness, the mind and body connection, working with god and goddess archetypes, and why you should change your consciousness to realize your dreams.
Recommended continued practices: Daily meditation, daily mirror work, daily being in nature, writing manifestation goals, watching mind movies, listening to recorded affirmations while falling asleep, or the Abundance chant. Challenge yourself: Take action every day that you wouldn't normally do, preferably outside of your comfort zone.
New practice: Write down your dreams:
Write down or record an audio file about your dreams on your phone first thing when you wake up. Try to read into the meaning later in the day by thinking in symbols using the way of thinking described in the module.
New practice: Connect with the elemental beings: Invite them into your garden or your dreams, either by talking or singing to a nature being, asking, for instance, a tree to share its wisdom with you in dreams or right there on the spot. Or you can do a nature walk, where you walk in nature where you feel called, following your intuition. Decide you are on a magical journey to discover something unknown, and the path you will walk, led by the nature elements will reveal the unknown to you. Or by performing an out-sitting - if you are an experienced practitioner - by following the guidance in this chapter.
