Wat je zal leren
This course is a series of guided moving meditations to help you find a deeper connection with your body. It explores the concept of movement as a form of medicine, and how to get to the root cause of injuries and limitations by listening to your own body.

Les 1
Connecting To Your Inner Voice
The body in it’s healthiest state feels open, free, strong and can trust in itself. When we look after our bodies through regular movement, processing our emotions and experiences, and giving back with self care, our body can stay healthy and strong. The inner voice can help to guide you to make healthy choices for yourself.
Les 2
Stretch And Awaken
It’s time to awaken the body through gentle movement. In today’s session, you’ll explore moving and breathing as a combination to expand through your body and your heart. Daily check-ins allow time for you to connect with what your body needs.
Les 3
Movement With Mantras
Today we are going to connect movement and sound. To do this, we will work with the power of mantras. Mantras are repetitive sounds that can help you to drop into a meditative state, a trance state. The repetition of the words also helps you to cultivate an inner power.
Les 4
Breath Of Joy
The Breath of Joy is a pranayama exercise, or breathing exercise, that opens up the heart space, and helps to energize the body. Before we get into the details of the practice, its important to know that breathwork is a wonderful companion to movement exercises.
Les 5
Dance Meditation
Dancing is a way of moving the body and expressing what is being stored within you. Today, make sure you have space to move your body, to free flow and move intuitively. Let the music guide you as you take this journey through a dance meditation.
Les 6
Walking Meditation
Walking is part of our daily lives. Regardless of if you walk a little or a lot, walking is a practice that can become meditative, to help you connect with your body and mind. Think about the last time you went for a walk. What was happening in your mind while you walked?
Les 7
Shaking
Today is the day to shake it up! Our bodies hold onto old stories, so often, these stories hold us back from fully embracing who we want to be, or who we want to show up as. So, today we will explore a practice to release the old and step into the new. This practice is called shaking.
Les 8
Body Scan
So far in this course, there has been a lot of movement. Now it's time to check in and see what changes have occurred. To do this, we will work with a body scan. To move your awareness through your body and to see what is being stored in there. In stillness, we can connect with ourselves on a deeper level. We are given the opportunity to listen to what our body wants to communicate.
Les 9
Fascial Release And Massage
Today we are looking at the fascial tissue and how that can enable or restrict movement. Fascia is the stringy connective tissue that surrounds every part of your body. It supports your muscles, organs, nerves, bones, joints, ligaments and tendons. When it is healthy, it is flexible and moves easily, allowing your body to move easily.
Les 10
Integration
Today we reach the final day of the course, and we’ll be looking at integration. How can you bring together all that you’ve learnt, to create a healthy movement routine? How can you use movement as medicine to feel free in your body?
