The Wave Of Emotions
In this session, we will look at how emotions are just energies that want to move, not be suppressed. We explore the "wave model" of emotions (rise, peak, fall) and learn how to feel without fusing with difficult states. Then we will practice "riding the emotional wave" meditation, labelling and breathing through sensations.

The Inner Critic And The Voice Of Compassion
In this session, we learn how to transform harsh self-talk with mindful self-compassion. Learn to identify your inner critic's tone vs. your inner nurturer, and we look at the neuroscience behind self-compassion. We will practice "from critic to compassion meditation, allowing loving kindness for yourself during stress.

Sitting With Discomfort (With Shutting Down)
In this session, we learn how to stay present when things feel intense, exploring the natural human impulse to avoid discomfort and practicing "turning inward" instead of "turning away". Our meditation practice will allow us to sit with strong emotions.

Emotional Boundaries & Centering The Self
In this session, we look at being present with others without losing yourself. We learn to recognise emotional entanglement and empathic burnout, and how to stay with your experience even when others are upset. Our meditation practice uses the "Bubble of Clarity", boundary-building visualisation with breath awareness.

Integrating Emotional Resilience In Daily Life
In this session, we look at making emotional mindfulness a way of being. We will review the key techniques we have learned and discuss continuing the practices within your daily life. In our final meditation practice, we will honor emotions as guides and not our enemies.
