In this lesson we will be looking at what intentions are, and the benefits of setting intentions when you first wake up. Followed by a guided intention-setting meditation. And your intentions are set, we learn how to bring them into our day.

A Mindful Wake Up for the Body
In this lesson, we gently move and stretch to gradually wake up aching muscles and joints after a night's sleep. And we start this lesson in still cozy in bed. At the end of the lesson, you will have learned a quick and easy movement routine to incorporate into your morning ritual.

Morning Gratitude
In this lesson, we will focus on cultivating gratitude, so we can start the day with a positive mindset and a heart full of appreciation. We will also go through a guided gratitude meditation to connect with what we are thankful for so we carry it throughout our day.

Creating Your Mindful Morning Ritual
In this lesson, we will reflect on the morning rituals we learned in the previous lessons. And we will use a guided visualisation meditation to help us create our perfect morning ritual. Have a piece of paper/notebook and pen as I will be giving you a morning ritual template to write down and use in the future.
