Introduction: What Is Meditation?
This is a introduction to Meditation. Not only does it walk one thru what meditation is (in this approach), it also brings a deep experiential realization of what this course is all about viz. peace, happiness, and harmony. Let everything be as it is, while you be as you are! This is the core message of this meditation. We learn this core message and experience its profound impact on the state of our being instantly. This is guided in a gentle, clear way to make sure anyone without any background of meditation can still follow along.

Meditation: How Do We Suffer From What Is Not Real?
This is a very profound experience into the nature of our suffering. It gets into the specifics and explores one of the biggest chunks of our suffering viz. believing that the people/situations/things in our minds are real instead of images or recollections. Because of this misunderstanding, we replay painful events and create more suffering in the present. This can really bring out laughter or tears seeing the freedom that we have in choosing our suffering by not seeing this unreality and mistaking it to be real!

Meditation: Resisting and Rejecting What Is Present!
This is a continuation of the previous meditation of exploring our suffering deeply. One of the second biggest contributors to our suffering is rejecting and resisting what is present. This almost always brings more pain that there is in our lives. What we don't realize is that there is no point in resisting what is 'already' here. This contemplation takes us step-by-step into the perils of doing this and how, if we accepted, things as they are and worked toward transforming them (if necessary), we will greatly diminish our suffering!

Meditation: Love And Courage!
This is a contemplation about doing something out of love rather than out of discipline or force. Love is the most powerful way of doing this: "because I want to". In the process of choosing love, we have to make another choice of "Courage" - the courage to see things as they really are, to accept them, and to actually take responsibility of doing something about it. This is a very gentle meditation exploring two very important tenets of this teaching viz. Love and Courage

Connection: Sharing Peace And Joy
This meditation culminates the teaching about taking the clarity, understanding, love, and courage and sharing it out in the world in whatever way we can. Relating to people in a way that is powerfully present. Bringing love and kindness along with truth, fairness, justice and generosity. This is a very gentle way to guide us to take the experience from the previous sessions into every day life.
