In this course (which consists of two parts) practitioners will learn a few simple yet effective ways to manage and cope with anxiety. Anxiety is a human behavior often accompanied by persistent fear about everyday situations. Sometimes there are anxious thoughts beliefs or just even worrying about the future which is beyond control. Just thinking about them can make one restless. Hence it disturbs inner- balance, hormonal secretion, sleep, digestion, and overall health and well-being. But with some very useful practices that I have added in this course, one can achieve a lot of control over one's anxiety. The practitioner will be gently guided from one course to the next seamlessly. All that I am looking for is faith and consistency. Let's help each other in this journey.

She has been teaching for over 15 years guiding countless individuals toward physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Mitra’s approach in holistic addressing every aspect of the student’s well- being. Mitra is also passionate on helping others on multitude of topics such as personal growth, motivation, and inspirational living. Her teachings are infused with practical wisdom and compassionate guidance, empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and lead purposeful lives.

Body Awareness
This lesson includes a guided body scan; a mindfulness practice where the practitioner focuses attention on every part of their body. Noticing various sensations such as tensions, tightness, and or relaxed state arising within the body. Body awareness keeps one in the present moment. This helps to alleviate stress, worry, and fear and promotes overall well-being.

Serene Beach Experience
This part of the course is a guided imagery practice(visualization) a relaxation technique where visualization is used to stay in the present moment and reduce anxiety and any heavy/negative feeling opening up to experience inner freedom and peace. Practitioner will be guided by my soothing voice.
