Creating Safety And Meeting The Inner Child
Healing begins with safety. Before we can touch the wound, we need a place inside where we feel secure, grounded, and protected. In this session, we learn what the father wound is, how it shows up in adult life, and why creating an inner sanctuary is the foundation of healing. Through guided visualization, we meet our younger self ā the child who carried unmet needs and unspoken pain ā and we begin to let them know they are no longer alone. This is the first step toward healing: building trust with ourselves.

Receiving Accountability And Allowing Grief
The father wound deepens not only because of what happened but also because of what never happened: the absence of apology, acknowledgment, and responsibility. In this session, we create space for grief, anger, and longing, and we invite the words of accountability that may never have been spoken in real life. Through visualization, we imagine the father taking responsibility, naming the harms caused, and apologizing in ways that validate the truth of our pain. This compassionate encounter helps shift the burden of blame off the child and onto the adult where it belongs, opening the door to release and relief.

Reclaiming The Self Beyond The Wound
Healing is not about erasing the past but about reclaiming identity, freedom, and wholeness in the present. In this final session, we focus on reparenting ourselves with love and protection, rewriting the inner narratives left by the wound, and creating healthy boundaries. We explore what it means to move from survival into thriving, no longer defined by absence or pain but by strength and choice. Through visualization, we meet our healed future self ā confident, compassionate, and free ā and receive their wisdom as a reminder that this wholeness already lives within us.
