This lesson will go over breaking things down into smaller tasks. The bigger an item to do, the higher chance of procrastination. In order to do this better, breaking down larger tasks into smaller pieces will help you accomplish more in a smaller time frame.

Visualize How You Will Feel
This lesson will discuss visualizing how you will feel in the future if you finish thing versus when you don't finish things. By doing this, we can immerse ourselves in that future feeling so we can push ourselves to follow through and finish things.

Put Your Phone Down
One of the greatest reasons we procrastinate is because we are distracted by our phones. This lesson will discuss some ways we can put our phones down so we can focus on the task at hand to get things done and prevent procrastination.

The 2 Minute Rule
In this lesson we will discuss the 2 minute rule which is a technique to drop everything, and do the task if it takes 2 minutes or less. It seems easy to do but you'll need to be disciplined to take action on it. When you do this, you'll see that you finish many more things throughout your day.

The 5 Second Rule
In this lesson we will discuss the 5 second rule where once you recognize that you're procrastinating, give yourself 5 seconds to wrap it up and get back to your task at hand. We'll go over several examples of what you may face in your daily life.

The Eisenhower Matrix
In this lesson we will discuss the Eisenhower Matrix which a decision making model that will help you prioritize the most important tasks so you can finish the things that have the most importance and value. The matrix is as follows in a 4 box quadrant: (Top Left) Important and Urgent = DO it now. (Top Right) Important and Not Urgent = DECIDE for when to later. (Bottom Left) Not Important but Urgent = DELEGATE to someone who can do this for you. (Bottom Right) Not Important and Not Urgent = DELETE the task.
