You'll receive some guidance on how to identify these mindsets within you and tips on ways you can change these unhelpful paradigms through affirmations and writing a new story for yourself.

In this lesson we will explore the value of paying attention to the subtle and sometimes not so subtle messages of the body. We will practice two body-awareness meditations to help us connect back up to the body so we can learn to listen to the subtle body cues and to recover from burnout.

In this lesson we will explore the critical role of establishing clear boundaries to help you prevent burnout. We will consider different types of boundaries you can set and try on some affirmations to help you feel confident in your ability to set and maintain good boundaries.

In this final lesson we will explore what your ideal career or work life situation might look like. We will practice some guided meditations along with exploring what has brought you joy in the past, what are your values, and how to access the energetic frequency of abundance.
