The Judgment System
As human beings, we are raised within a justice system that society instills in us. Somewhere along the way, we are taught that if we have certain things, look a certain way, and achieve “X” many accomplishments, then we are enough in the world. And if we don’t, we believe we are not worthy of love and belonging. On Day 1, we will break down the judgment system that has been instilled in our subconscious. We will observe where we are holding ourselves back and how we are resisting living a life we love. After turning our attention inward, we will end with a powerful Kundalini meditation that will begin our journey towards leaving judgment behind.

Stepping Out Of Your Truth
When you take a moment to sit and reflect, you begin to remember a time in your life when you made a conscious decision to stop being you. There is a moment that happens in life that in order to fit into the mold, you must let go of the unique parts of yourself that are judged in the world. On Day 2, we discuss the relationship between our nervous system and our behavior, how we are wired to believe that something is good/bad, and how those beliefs show up in our current day. When we can understand how and when our judgment started, we can take back our power and step back into our truth.

Perfection
Webster's dictionary describes perfection as the condition, state, or quality of being free or as free as possible from all flaws or defects. But for most of us, as we strive to be perfect we are usually left feeling captive in our minds, bodies, hearts, and souls. We don’t feel free at all. We believe that the thing that will make us whole exists in the outside world, leaving us running on an endless hamster wheel of never feeling enough. On Day 3, we slow ourselves down and take a brave step to get off of the hamster wheel. Here, we uncover how you are already what it is that you seek - revealing a liberation and a peace beyond words. Following this self-inquiry practice, we will end with a powerful Kundalini meditation that is designed to alter subconscious beliefs and bring you tremendous strength.

Creativity As A Gateway To Happiness
We are creative beings. In order for us to exist as humans, we must be created in our mother's womb. This is why our second chakra, which sits below the navel, is said to be associated with sexual organs. Creativity is our gateway to happiness. When we create, we shift ourselves into a state of freedom, trust, desire, surrender, and flow. We welcome new beginnings, and we let go of the narrative that we are not enough in this world. Day 4 is a powerful one, as we lean deeper into living a creative life, and freeing ourselves from the fear of getting it wrong. We end the session with a Kundalini meditation to align our second chakra and tap into our creativity.

How Do You Desire To Feel?
So much of our worth is weighed on what we do and what we have. Day 5 is a compelling moment for you to remember that you are not a human DOing, you are a human BEing. So it is in how you FEEL that you revel in the willingness to “be here now.” Today, we will capture the feeling of truth and unconditional love, and end with an active Kundalini meditation to align our life with beauty, meaning, and purpose.

Where Does It Sit In Your Body?
When you break down the word “disease,” it forms to dis-ease. So it is no surprise to learn that we tuck our emotions, traumas, and triggers neatly away in the body, only to feel them years later as chronic pain or illness. When we begin to peel back the layers of our armor, we begin to notice how deep we have pushed down our truth. On Day 6, we raise our awareness to what we are blocking, and recognize where our blocks sit in our body. Our suit of armor no longer fits, and today, we gain the tools on how to release the judgments, the stories, the people, and the systems that leave with the armor we shed. Today will be a shorter talk, and a longer active Kundalini meditation to release what isn’t serving us in our bodies, breath, heart, and soul.

Boundaries
We have done so much work to get to this point. Often, what happens is, as we step into our truth and free ourselves from the judicial system, we discover energies and vibrations from people in our lives who resist us stepping into our power. This day will not be about suggesting you remove anyone from your life. It will be about setting unconditional loving boundaries with people in your life that pull you into judgment. We will begin by honoring the life that is within you, and ending with a Kundalini meditation to increase your intuition and help you clear out old lies and fears, and leave you speaking your truth.

Reflect On Your Lessons
There is beauty in releasing the grip of our suffering, shifting our hearts from a place of reacting to responding. Life will unfold how it is supposed to, regardless of how much we try to control it. Fear will only block us from living a life that we love. On Day 8, we turn our attention inward and reflect on all the powerful lessons that have come our way. You will be given tools to look at your struggles as opportunities, for “when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” Day 8 will end with an active meditation that activates your intuition leading you to see clearly the beauty that is unfolding in your life.

Unconditional Love
When you lead from a place of love, you will always receive what is for the highest good of all. Love is redemptive. It is unconditional. Often, we as humans make lists of all the things we love about other beings or of our own selves. If you have reasons to love yourself, you have conditions that risk being unmet. This begins the cycle of judgment. Day 9 is a monumental day, where you come back home to your raw truth. Today, you are free. You learn impressionable methods that will leave you choosing love over fear, leading through life with your whole heart. At the end of this practice, you will learn a powerful Kundalini practice that rewires your nervous system to choose love over fear.

Light Up The World With Your Prescence
Sat Nam means I Am Truth. Speak your truth, live your truth and be exactly who it is that you want to be. No more numbing or hiding. You are ready to light up the world with your presence. Feel exhilarated. Our higher self is creating shifts to happen for us regardless of what we say. And what a gift. This is evolution. It is to propel us into the next highest version of ourselves. Today is your final release of the judgment system that has been instilled in you. The world is serving us through our creation. Through one final deep conversation and a powerful Kundalini practice, we will activate and align all of our eight chakras. Today, we trust our truth and surrender to the possibility that our lives are truly designed to catapult our souls into our highest form of being.
