This bonus lesson is a deep and powerful practice with the Moola Mantra. With 108 repetitions, you will embody the gifts of the mantra even more deeply into your being. This final practice is meant to be repeated regularly throughout your life. It can be completed without a mala, but I encourage you to use one if you have one available to you.
Choose a safe and comfortable location, close your eyes down, and whisper each repetition softly and intentionally.
