There is a way to get into the flow in 1 minute or even in 1 breath. It's called turbo-centering. You always have time for that, right? Once you've mastered it, you can apply it anywhere, unobtrusively. Then you will immediately experience more overview, confidence, and connection with yourself and others.

Focus - Focusing on what really matters
What do you like to contribute? What gives you energy and fulfilment? What do you naturally do and find so logical that you would almost overlook it? These questions help you to clarify your focus on what really matters. If you have a clear focus then you make conscious and unconscious decisions that contribute to that. And that in turn will give you a greater sense of fulfilment.

Inspiration - Experiencing your sources of inspiration as a tailwind
Often we can more easily talk about what irritates us or what worries us, than about who or what inspires and supports us. We are going to turn that around. You will learn a method to clarify your sources of inspiration and to use them as a support. Through this you will experience that you are part of something bigger and that you do not have to do it all by yourself (even though you can do it alone). It provides a more pleasant process and a more beautiful result of the things you do.

What would it be like to embody your own authentic vibe even more? You can do this by choosing a certain quality of being that you want to embody a little more of. This quality of being is about how you want to live your life and how you want to do your work. Regardless of whether you achieve the results you hope for. How do you want to be? For example, do you want more lightness, more humour, more strength, decisiveness, mildness, focus, or something else? In this lesson, I will help you choose.

Let's make it easier to choose the next step in an important life situation. This method often provides much clarity in a short time, while you might otherwise end up worrying endlessly and not come any closer to a solution. It is also useful if you do not really have a choice in a life situation to make now, but you would like to have more insight into a certain theme or topic in your life.

This session is about the power of acceptance and compassion for yourself and others. To be able to cultivate it even for the things you find hard to accept. This will help you to struggle less with reality. To consciously choose what to give your energy to.

This session is about the strengths and pitfalls of your personal pattern under pressure. Get to know your unique way of dealing with positive and negative challenges. Although every situation seems completely different, there appears to be a pattern to how we usually respond to those pressures. Your physical and mental reactions in such situations says a lot. If you can recognize these patterns more easily, you can take full advantage of your strengths without overdoing it.
