Let's Begin...
In this first session, I will introduce you to the practice of Himalayan Kriya Yoga. We will go through a short practice, a moment of silent stillness, and we will finish the session with a journaling exercise.
Please have a designated notebook for your journaling. Take time to write down your honest and open thoughts on each of the questions below. This is an important part of the course, so please do it as thoroughly as you can.

In this session, we will focus on the emotions connected with the Mooladhara chakra. Let’s have a look at feeling supported, safe, and financially secure. This session also includes Himalayan Kriya for the root chakra, as well as a meditation, and some journaling.
