If you have stress or anxiety and want to create a discipline of prevention and care at home with practical and simple steps, this course is for you. In these 10 days, you will learn what anxiety is, how it accumulates in our mind and body, and above all, how to deal with it. I have worked for three decades with people with terrible anxiety or panic attacks. I teach these basic aspects of anxiety and these steps during the first sessions, and I believe that you can learn them from home. "Can I be as normal as I was before?" My patients ask me in their desperation. My answer to them, and now for you is: You can have a better life than before! When we take the time to help our bodies recover, we are better equipped to have a life full of peace and tranquility. Perhaps, a peace that you did not know before feeling anxiety. And this is because with these simple examples you will learn to listen to, be grateful for, and maybe, even love your anxiety with these easy-to-follow steps. You will also learn why, even if you wanted to, sometimes it is more difficult to manage your emotions. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to notice when your stress levels are rising to get to work on time and prevent an anxiety attack. You can also differentiate if you should go to a health professional who knows your case. This course will help you start a healthy routine and give your body space to return to its natural balance. Learning How To Breathe
This particular lesson will help you understand why even if you "want" not to feel it, anxiety is a way your body asks for help. It is not that you are weak in managing your emotions. These are actual chemical changes in your body. This first day seems very simple, but please, do not ignore it, as this will be the basis for the work that we will do in the following days. Let's get started.

Learn To Live In The Present
Our body does know how to live in the present. However, our mind likes to go to the past or the future. Being mentally aware of living in the present is a requirement for relieving anxiety. Gestalt Therapy affirms that worrying about the future is a way to disconnect and therefore, generate anxiety for our body. What do you think? Maybe it is true, and I have seen it in many cases of anxiety, the best medicine is for you to observe yourself. When you catch yourself living in the future, bring your mind to the present just with your breathing. Also consider this: While living in anxiety you can only generate catastrophic thoughts because they coincide with quick breathing in your body. And even more, let's talk about what I call segments. Let us learn what they are and how to take advantage of them in our daily lives to detect and prevent anxiety.

Relationship Between Anxiety & Insomnia
Is it possible that our anxiety decreases our sleep quality? Yes, either because you have trouble sleeping at first or because the changes in your breathing wake you up and you can no longer fall asleep. Consequences Of Negative Thoughts

Based on experience with my clients, almost 95% of worries that keep them awake do not happen in real life. The Amygdala: A Key Element In Improving Anxiety
Today we focus on the amygdala and its role in controlling or losing control of anxiety. Anxiety goes in waves. Sometimes we are doing very well and there is something that triggers it. Yet sometimes what worked before does not seem to work today. In this lesson we will talk about how to attend to our anxiety, assuming this is an everyday job and it is very possible. It requires changes in your diet, in the way you relate to yourself and others and even how you do your job. The good news is that when you learn to manage your anxiety, happiness and harmony await you on the other side. You may find harmony that you may not have experienced before. Perfect calming voice to remind us of simple ways to deal with anxiety. Carmen’s voice is relaxing and pleasant.
