Today we move deeper into connection, learning how to truly listen to the voice of your inner child. Through a reflective teaching and a heart-centered meditation, you’ll be guided into a gentle inner dialogue—validating emotions like fear, anger, or loneliness, while also rediscovering moments of joy and creativity. This is a sacred space where your inner child feels heard, honoured, and safe to speak. You don’t need to fix anything—just listen with love.

Integration: Embracing Wholeness
In this final session, we focus on integration—welcoming your inner child as a vibrant, living part of your adult self. Through gentle teaching and a joyful meditation, you’ll explore how to carry your inner child’s gifts—creativity, sensitivity, playfulness—into daily life. This is where healing becomes wholeness. You’ll affirm a new relationship within, where the child you once were walks alongside you, no longer hidden, but embraced with love and freedom.
