Listening In – What Are Your Deepest Hopes And Dreams?
Today, we begin by listening in. We’re often asked, 'What are your hopes and dreams?' but how often do we take time to sit with that question truly? Without pressure, without expectation. That is our focus for today.

Releasing Constraints And Letting Be
Often, we think of 'letting go' as erasing something, as if we could delete past experiences, emotions, or thoughts. But our minds don’t work that way. Instead, we can soften the constraints we hold around what no longer serves us. We can allow it to be, without being caught in it. This is what we explore today.

A Letter To Your Hopes And Dreams
Today, we take our journaling practice a step further by giving our hopes and dreams a voice through the practice of letter writing. Letter writing is a powerful way of deepening connection. It allows us to step into a conversation with something that may feel abstract or distant, bringing it into clearer focus. Today, I invite you to write directly to your hopes and dreams, as though they were an old and trusted friend.

What If Your Hopes And Dreams Wrote Back?
Today, we imagine what it would be like if our hopes and dreams could write back to us. This practice is about deepening our listening even further. Often, when we think about our dreams, we focus on what we want from them, and what they mean to us. But what if they, too, had something to say? What if they held their wisdom, encouragement, and insights? Today, we allow space for that voice to emerge.

Honouring The Journey And Moving Forward
We began by listening in - opening space for our hopes and dreams. We softened the hold of what no longer serves us. We wrote about our dreams and then imagined them speaking back to us. And today, we take time to honor this journey, bringing together all that has emerged, and considering how we can continue forward with clarity and intention.
