Implement Mind-Body Strategies: Learn how movement, boundaries, social connection, and micro-rest breaks contribute to resilience and recovery. Develop a Personalized Burnout Recovery Plan: Create an individualized approach to restoring energy, setting boundaries, and maintaining long-term well-being.

Day 1 focuses on understanding what burnout is, why it happens, and how it affects the nervous system. Participants will learn the science behind burnout, including the role of the fight-or-flight and freeze responses. This session will introduce practical breathwork techniques to regulate the nervous system and begin the recovery process.

Day 2 explores how to actively recover from burnout and build resilience. Participants will dive into the neuroscience of stress recovery, including neuroplasticity, the stress cycle, and hormonal balance. This session will introduce movement, boundaries, and connection as powerful tools for sustainable well-being, culminating in a personalized burnout recovery plan.
