Afraid that the past shall come back and haunt us or away from feeling whats true in the moment here and now. This is the essential step that most people skip and jump directly towards what we want and therefor miss the only starting point you can ever move from in an integrated way. But if you are reading this my guess is that you are ready for this Level 1 and to lovingly set yourself up for success in your life with the first step of getting back to integrity and seeing yourself. The idea was to create one big course, but I realized that it serves you more to be able to do the part you are drawn to. So that is why I created this journey in different steps. My recommendation is to do this course after having done the nervous system regulation course and then move on to the others. This first lesson will raise your awareness around yourself so you set yourself up for success in this course, but I bet my left foot on that the same patterns show up in other places. So get a pen and a notebook and lets get to it.

Lets Look At Your Unconscious Blueprint Of Love
If we want to experience and own our part in creating a life and relationship where we can give and receive love, we need to look at the unconscious blueprint of what we experience love to be. This writing exercise can give you insight and clarity around why you are so triggered around some people and behaviors and love others. By seeing this you can start to write your own blueprint of what love is, and with your insights your relationships can really change and the charge can be removed from our loved ones. This gives space for clarity and more love towards yourself and in outer relationships.

Lets Move The Old Energy And Give Space For The New
It is important when we do this journey together that you are connected to your greatest resource, you body. This routine is set up loosen up what is stuck, it supports the integration of what we go through, it is also designed to regulate your nervous system back to safety as well as just being really nice and awakening. The body remembers the past and stored emotions and past traumas in the body can show up as physical symptoms like pain, restlessness etc. Doing this routine as often as feels good to you during this course, and after, will support you to loosen up the energies and get into your body. A support for us that is mostly spending our days in the world of mind and stories to connect with the moment connect with the wisdom of you body. This is a great routine to have in your belt if you feel stuck or emotional and want to help it all to move and shift your state to a more alive and safe state in the body.

Our Ways To Get Love
We often think that our behavior is justified in the moment. We feel like a victim or we attack, we blame the other or ourselves for not being this or that. During this writing exercise with several questions we get insights around both how we are today and how that can be connected to how we where treated as children. Can it be that the way we act to get love are the same as we did in our home. This is both and integration and a deepening of the earlier lesson 2. And be loving with yourself, there is so much potential in seeing and owning the way we act to get love and the way we might not be so loving and even hard on ourselves and the ones we love. I appreciate you for taking the time to look at this, and I know it can be both hard and a relief to see that you are not wrong, this is just what we learned and lets together move towards something that is more true to you. But not from pushing these behaviors away on not daring to admit that we have them, but rather have compassion that we have developed this from the miss-understandings of what love is and what we had to learn as children to feel more safe.

Owning Your Part
If we don´t get real we cannot heal. This lesson supports us to have a deeper look at what is not really the way we want it to be, where we have dysfunction and where you are not truthful. Be honest and gentle with yourself through this exploration and deepening into acknowledging aspects/dynamics in ourselves that we are not so proud of. You will also find yourself looking forward and seeing what you can change to move towards a way of living that is aligned with your truth and longing. This clarity you get from this exercise can be a foundation for a later conversation about what´s your truth and your contribution to take action towards it. You are doing great!

How To Deal With Strong Emotions And Get Resolution
Why it is hard to be human often comes down to being emotional. That we get activated/triggered by something and this causes separation and felt sense of loneliness, hardness, defensiveness, grief etc. If this emotional experience gets projected on the moment, the happening of the here and now, life becomes painful. But we can learn to meet and relate to emotions in another way. This lesson gives you a summary of how I look at the emotional work we do and how old stuck traumas and patterns no longer need to dictate your life and stand between you and deep relationships and a beautiful life. In the lesson I promise you the questions that I mentioned that you can lean on in times of strong emotional experiences. 1. You notice that you are getting emotional (it can be that you feel your body tensing up, your breath changing, the tone and pace of your voice etc.) 2. What emotion is rising? (For example anger, sadness, anxiety, grief etc.) 3. Is there any actual reason, in this moment, to have this strong emotion? (Look around you and if not, you know its an activated passed emotion rising) 4. How old do I feel with this emotion? (this is a meditative listening inwards) 5. What was the natural expression of this emotion BACK THEN, that I would have wanted to do? Just starting to ask yourself one of these questions will strengthen your capacity to be conscious and don´t loose yourself in emotions.

Loving Breath - Connecting To The Heart In Meditation
This lesson is a meditation for connecting with the heart area and a practice to stay in the body. Often when life has been hard we have put up a protection around our heart. This can show up as numbness, pain, a limited capacity to take full breaths and in many more ways. Often behind that hard wall of protection, of not letting people in close, not showing your love, is the part of us that got hurt. Maybe you have been hurt by not getting the love you wanted from your parents, from your partners etc, we all had our reasons to put up that wall. But does the wall serve you today? The wisdom of the body is great but we need to learn to listen. My hope for you is that this meditation can support you to connect to you heart in a safe and nourishing way. By doing this meditation a few times the wall around our heart will start to melt and emotions can come up, and that is beautiful, keep breathing and welcome what ever comes. This lesson is a support to move from having insights and wisdom in you to share it with your partner. To clear the past by owning what you have done in past and/or are doing in present relationships and honestly share your insights and action forward. This lesson also includes some suggestions on how to set-up a conversation about these more vulnerable topics.
