Continuing To Mindfully Shift From Anxiety To Peace
Welcome to Lesson 2 of our mindfulness journey, where we delve deeper into expanding our awareness and shifting from anxiety to peace. In this lesson, we will build on the foundations laid in Lesson 1 by activating a third part of our mind. This additional layer of awareness will help illustrate the expansive quality of our consciousness, enabling us to maintain our intention to operate from a place of calm and clarity rather than fear and panic. By progressively adding layers of awareness, each meditation practice will deepen your ability to access pure awareness and steer clear of the "doom-spiraling zone."
I will talk about the metaphysical headspace that we can call the "doom-spiraling zone", a state where our consciousness becomes entangled in anxiety and fear, and learn how to leverage neuroplasticity to create new, healthier neural pathways. While the "doom spiraling zone" may feel all-consuming, it is still a creation of our mind and the same consciousness that creates this zone also has the power to dissolve it. This is where the concept of neuroplasticity becomes transformative. This lesson's meditation practice will guide you through this transformative process, helping you zoom out and connect with the infinite clarity and peace that lies beyond your worries and fears.
