Day 2: Inviting In Love, Compassion, And Kindness

Day 3: Finding Love For Yourself
We focus on self-love and appreciation through mindfulness, as we often do too much negative talk. Many often might beat themselves up, hold themselves to unrealistic standards, and focus on always improving. We will examine the areas where we appreciate things about ourselves, including physical features, qualities, and senses. The goal is to bring awareness to the positive aspects of oneself and offer a more complete picture of who you are. Music from Uppbeat, Ambient Boy Eternal Journey

Day 4: Body Scans For Self-Compassion
In this lesson, we examine using body scans to cultivate compassion for your entire body. You are reminded to be kind and nonjudgmental toward any difficult feelings or sensations that may arise. The practice encourages you to acknowledge and embrace all aspects of your body with love and gratitude. We will use this lesson to observe and offer love and care to each part of your body, from your feet to your head. Music composed by Narek Mirzaei (Music Of Wisdom)

Day 5: Self-Judgment And Self-Criticism
Self-judgment and self-criticism are deeply ingrained thought patterns we may not even realize we have. It's important to become aware of these negative thoughts. Instead, practice self-compassion instead of judging ourselves for judging ourselves. Today's session will discuss self-compassion and awareness to overcome self-judgment and treat ourselves with kindness. Music from #Uppbeat

Day 6: Imagery For Self-Compassion
In this practice, we look at how imagery meditation helps with self-compassion. You imagine a blanket infused with unconditional love. Visualizing a peaceful and serene place, like a lush forest or tranquil beach, allows us to cultivate feelings of love and compassion toward ourselves. Today, we will use a warm blanket, as most can use this as a lovely imagery. Music from Uppbeat, Ambient Boy, Pure Serenity

Day 7: Self Compassion With Emotions

This practice ends by scanning your body for tension and difficult emotions and practicing self-compassion. Music composed by Narek Mirzaei (Music Of Wisdom)

Day 8: Opening Up During Difficult Times
In meditation, it is important to focus on our intention rather than the outcome. Self-compassion is crucial, even when kindness is difficult. Day 10: Using Your Inner Child
We sometimes find ourselves stuck on a problem that drains our happiness. Connecting with loving-kindness can help us release our grip and open our hearts. You'll step into your younger self and create a safe space for your current self. Music from #Uppbeat

Les 12
Day 12: Recognizing Your Needs
In today's mindfulness session, we focused on recognizing and meeting our own needs. We will reflect on a difficult situation and identify what we need. Day 13: Self-Compassion For Your Physical Body
Today's practice focuses on cultivating self-compassion toward the physical body. We are often unkind to ourselves when it comes to our physical bodies. Today, we will use a body scan that can help us offer self-compassion. Although unkind thoughts may arise, I will help you through them to be more compassionate towards yourself and send love through your body. Music composed by Narek Mirzaei (Music Of Wisdom)

Day 14: Affirmations
Today, we will discuss affirmations and positive statements that can help challenge negative thoughts and beliefs. Individuals can reprogram their subconscious mind by repeating personalized affirmations and shifting toward a more positive mindset. Affirmations can promote self-compassion by replacing negative self-talk with self-loving and supportive inner dialogue. By practicing affirmations regularly, individuals can cultivate self-compassion, increasing self-esteem and acceptance. Affirmations can be a quick and easy way to boost mental well-being and confidence levels. Using affirmations only takes a few minutes daily and can make a big difference in promoting self-love and kindness towards oneself. Music from #Uppbeat

Day 17: Extending Love And Appreciation
In today's practice, we will dive deep into the powerful practices of self-care, love, and compassion and then share these gifts with others. We move from practicing offering kind and compassionate words to ourselves and extending this care to someone in our lives who may need it. Finally, we will send these loving words to humanity, spreading positivity and kindness far and wide. This helps us open our hearts and minds to the power of self-care, love, and compassion and share these beautiful gifts with the world. Music from Uppbeat

Day 18: Self-Compassion By Connecting With Others
We focus today on one key message: that humans ultimately want the same things—to be happy, loved, and connected. It's important to appreciate ourselves and others, letting go of judgments and criticisms. Today will help you be aware that people are more like you, and practicing self-compassion is essential to self-discovery and personal growth. By treating ourselves with kindness, care, and understanding, we can build resilience, foster well-being, and cultivate a more profound sense of self-love. By extending this attitude of cherishing and gratitude to everyone we meet, we can foster a sense of unity and compassion for ourselves and others. Music from Uppbeat

Day 20: Labeling Others
Today's session focuses on external mindfulness, which involves being aware of and understanding those around us. Instead of labeling people based on their roles or appearances, we should see them as complex individuals with experiences and emotions. By practicing this awareness in public places, we can train our minds to see others with compassion and empathy.

Day 21: Self-Love Through Connecting With Others
We focus on one key message: that humans ultimately want the same things—to be happy, loved, and connected. It's important to appreciate ourselves and others, letting go of judgments and criticisms. By extending this attitude of cherishing and gratitude to everyone we meet, we can foster a sense of unity and compassion for ourselves and others. Music from Uppbeat

Day 22: Connecting With Loved Ones
Today, you will use guided imagery to learn how to use self-compassion to connect with loved ones. You will visualize a warm, radiant light in your heart. Then, imagine someone you care for sitting across from you and sending them four wishes for happiness, freedom from pain, joy, and contentment while sending them your light. As you see them glow with joy, their light bounces back to you, making your light brighter. Sending this love to others will allow your self-compassion to grow. Music from #Uppbeat
Les 23
Day 23: Appreciating Our Supporters
Today focuses on noticing and acknowledging the helpers in your life, those who have supported you. We discuss how reflecting on these figures and showing awareness can be part of your practice. By increasing awareness of these positive influences, you can incorporate mindfulness and gratitude into your day-to-day life. Music from #Uppbeat
Les 24
Day 24: Self-Compassion When Feeling Alone
Part of self-compassion is the importance of not feeling alone in our struggles. We discuss how we are not alone in our journey, and meditation will help us with this struggle. In today's session, you are guided through a meditation exercise, focusing on breathing and acknowledging difficult emotions. You will bring to mind a challenging situation and notice how it feels in your body. Then, imagine someone unconditionally loving and supportive, and you will guide love to others. The overall message is that we are not alone in our struggles and that practicing self-compassion is important. Music from Uppbeat
Les 25
Day 25: Flowers Of Love
In today's session, we will visualize self-compassion using flowers of different sizes and the passing of light. The flowers symbolize love and kindness. By practicing self-compassion, we can then extend that compassion to others. However, it is okay to focus only on yourself if you are not ready to pass the light on to others. Music from #Uppbeat
Les 26
Day 26: Kindness Bombs
Today, we discuss a simple practice you can do independently or with guidance. This practice involves cultivating loving-kindness by offering simple phrases of kindness to people around you when you go off in public. By imagining that they have hopes, dreams, fears, and loved ones just like you do and then offering them a kind phrase in your head, you can spread kindness while walking, driving, or sitting in a public space. This will help you cultivate compassion and connect with others. You will pick one person at a time and continue for several minutes when you have time during your day. Music from #Uppbeat
Les 27
Day 27: Healing With Compassion
Today, we are focusing on forgiveness in the course. It may not be easy, but it is achievable after some time spent on self-love. Even if you think you aren't holding grudges, forgiving is essential to allowing relaxation and change. Forgiving those who wronged you may seem hard, but it is necessary for personal growth. Music composed by Narek Mirzaei (Music Of Wisdom)
Les 28
Day 28: Resentments
Today's session centers around the powerful act of forgiveness and releasing resentment. We discuss the negative impact of holding onto grudges and the transformative power of forgiveness in creating space in your heart for love and compassion. By learning to accept and sit with resistance without trying to suppress it, you can begin to heal and move forward. We will have an exercise designed to cultivate openness and peace within your heart and mind, fostering a sense of reconciliation and harmony. Music from #Uppbeat
Les 29
Day 29: Frustrations
In today's session, we learn about the importance of opening our hearts to those who frustrate us instead of closing them off. We will practice a loving-kindness exercise where we focus on someone who is difficult and offer them kind thoughts and compassion. By acknowledging their happiness, pain, and our difficulty, we can train our hearts to respond with care. This practice can help relieve frustration and promote understanding and compassion towards others.
