In my journey of life,

Of who am I,

To come back to the I am,

I've recently begun thinking,

As a mother of three beautiful daughters,

What is it in my legacy that I'd like to leave behind for them?

And it certainly won't be the material things,

Or pieces of old jewellery,

Or things that they can simply dispose of.

I'd like to leave behind for my children something that they can also pass on to their children,

And their children,

As they are my future ancestors.

And I decided to write a letter to myself,

From my future self.

So I took myself a hundred years into the future,

Writing to myself right now,

And saying to myself,

Would you like to shatter all the beliefs that you're carrying within you?

You can do that by just simply changing your mind,

About changing your thoughts about what you're feeling right now.

I know you've been the phoenix who's risen out of the ashes in this life,

But I'd like you to raise into a higher state of consciousness,

To allow you to tap into your higher self as your soul self,

Knowing that the universe has always,

Always had your back.

Remember,

The choice had always been yours.

You had a choice in each moment to choose either from coming from your heart as love,

Or coming from your head as fear.

Remember,

There is only the now,

To do what your heart is saying,

From moment to moment,

And you can only be present in this now moment.

We live in infinite,

Infinite parallel universes,

So there is no past,

And there is no future.

So why don't you just dream the dream that you wish for,

And act it out in your life right now,

To create the reality that you wish.

You've always been a free soul,

To create your reality,

And live to your full potential.

Isn't this the legacy that you want to leave behind,

For your children,

For them to have this freedom within their souls,

And their lives?

So what has stopped you from creating the best version of yourself?

It's simply been the mind,

And when we remove ourselves from the prison of past memories and locks,

We allow ourselves to fall into our passion,

And fall into our past.

We follow our breadcrumb trail of joy,

By simply embracing it,

And grabbing it,

And claiming it,

So that we don't have any more regrets.

You don't want to have any regrets when you die on your deathbed,

Do you?

But remember,

Every death is a rebirth.

Know that you are an extraordinary being,

And you're limitless beyond your potential.

Go beyond your comfort zone.

One step further.

Failure is simply impossible when you're following your joy.

Circumstances do not matter.

Only your state of being is important,

From moment to moment to moment.

Because everything is energy.

So why don't you just become and embody who you want to be?

It's like being an actor in a play.

Take on that role of who you wish to be,

But come from within that role into all your realities just now.

If you want love in your life,

Be love to experience love.

You cannot complain anymore.

You cannot have any more negativities anymore in your life.

Because I ask you to only focus on what you want to see,

So that you can simply receive it as a divine flow.

Align your belief system within,

So that your outer reality can align.

Each sacred breath of yours is a miracle.

Why don't you just simply have gratitude for each breath?

And in any moment,

Connect to that breath,

So that you can start to have gratitude for each beat of your heart.

Because one day,

That heart is going to stop beating.

You are an extraordinary,

Infinite being of unlimited potential.

Grab your life now,

Before the matrix of life grabs you.

Grab your life for what you wish to do right now,

To allow the miracles in your life flow through you.

This is your birthright.

This is what you were born into as a sovereign being.

So simply ask,

And you shall receive.

We live in a holographic universe,

Where there's simply about 9 million frames per second.

Infinite,

Infinite realities that you can choose in any one second.

So why not choose your highest vibration as the extraordinary being that you are?

Each second counts.

Because you never cross the same river twice.

So why don't you choose better and better and better?

The choice is simply yours.

Ask yourself,

What am I choosing in this moment,

In this eternal now moment?

Am I going to come from a place of fear?

Or am I going to come from a place of love?

How am I going to greet this moment now?

When your thoughts marry your emotions,

They create feelings in your heart.

And those feelings carry a magnetic resonance to create your reality.

So why don't you create thoughts that feed your future self right now?

You simply have the magic wand in your hand to tap into your mind,

So that you can create your heart's desire without any attachment to outcome,

Without any expectation,

Just simply as a state of being.

The journey is simply where the joy is.

Moment to moment to moment.

Take a deep breath.

Simply let go of whatever's happened in your life,

Like throwing away a rubbish bag,

And rise out like a phoenix rising out of the ashes.

Let go of all those negative thoughts.

Keep putting them in that rubbish bag and keep putting the rubbish out.

Choose a different reality.

Choose a different thought.

Choose a different film script.

Because you've got the power within to do that.

You are an incredible being.

Visualise yourself.

Use your imagination to create who you wish to be.

You deserve to live a life fully in each aspect of your life,

Starting right now.

And when you have this faith within you that everything is okay,

The universe will simply match your frequency.

All I'm asking you to do right now is to use the power of your creative imagination,

Without any attachment,

Just simply as a state of being.
