Hello and welcome to the guided quantum inner child meditation.

My name is Nina and I will be your guide as you meet with your inner child in the quantum field.

This meditation is meant to bring deep healing and connection with your younger self,

So make sure to come with an open heart and mind.

Before you begin start by setting an intention.

It can be anything related to connecting with your inner child,

To feel safe,

Secure,

Love,

Accepted,

Joyful,

Or to simply experience peace.

So take the next few moments to get clear on this.

You can keep it in your head,

Write it down,

Or speak it out loud.

It is important that you do this as your intention will guide you as you move through this visualization and meditation.

Start to get into a comfortable position,

Preferably lying down or in a position that feels safe and comforting.

As you settle in,

Just close your eyes.

Begin to take long,

Slow,

Deep breaths in through the nose and out through the nose,

Feeling your belly rise with each inhale and fall with each exhale.

Take a scan of your body.

Can you relax the muscles around your eyes?

Unclench your jaw.

Relax your shoulders a little more.

Can your stomach soften and your hips melt into the ground?

Feel your legs begin to relax as if someone were gently massaging them and working out any knots.

Feel the tips of your toes slightly tingle as your entire body surrenders to gravity and allows itself to be held.

Imagine a bright glowing light wash over you from the top of your head to your toes.

As you inhale,

This bright light begins to expand outward and as you exhale,

The light comes back closer to your body.

Breathe a few times on your own,

Imagining this light going out and in.

You are safe.

You are protected with every breath.

Feel this in your body and allow the sensations of being grounded and secure to root deeply within you.

Enjoy this moment with yourself.

Continue to breathe slowly and deeply.

Next,

Imagine you are standing outside.

It can be in a forest,

Near the ocean,

Your backyard,

Any place that feels happy and natural for you.

You see a path nearby and you begin to walk towards it.

You notice a doorway at the end of the path and you stop in front of it.

You open the door and you peer inside.

There's nothing,

A space void of existence where anything and nothing exists.

You feel no fear because you know this is a place of infinite possibilities,

A place where you strangely feel at home.

As you step into the space,

All is black around you,

Yet you can see perfectly fine.

You start to walk around and you see a young child in the distance.

You realize it's a younger version of you standing in the space.

As you walk up to them,

What do you notice?

What are they wearing?

Are they smiling?

Are they sad?

Take a few moments to sit with your younger self and ask them how they are doing.

Do they need anything?

Do they have something to say to you?

Maybe they simply just need a hug or some extra loving words.

Whatever they need,

Give this to them with the space to fully express themselves with no judgment.

Take the next few moments to give some extra love to your younger self.

Maybe a hug or some kind words.

Take their hands and thank them for their wisdom and courage and watch as your younger self steps forward and then begins to merge with you.

Any heaviness or memories that resided within your inner child is now dissolved,

Freeing you both and creating space for new growth and love.

Hovering in front of you is a symbol,

Maybe a triangle,

A tree,

Or an outline of something dear to you.

Reach your hand out and grab this symbol and keep it in your hand.

This symbol will be what you take with you to remember this union so you can solidify this experience over the next few days.

As you look forward,

You see a separate door across from where you first entered the quantum space.

You walk towards this door and open it.

On the other side,

It looks like the same path that you came from,

But just a little different.

Something has shifted because you have shifted.

The world feels a little lighter,

A little more loving,

And a little more safe.

You exit the quantum space through the new door and walk back into nature,

Feeling the coherence and love within you for the inner child that lives within you.

Your younger self will always reside within you.

At any moment,

You have the power to tap into them and ask them what they need.

It's simple to give them love and ultimately yourself.

Remember the simple truth and you will always come back to loving all parts of you with grace and compassion.

Slowly begin to shift your attention back to your breath and come back to your body.

Maybe take a few moments to give yourself a big hug and say something kind to yourself.

Before you open your eyes,

Reflect back on your intention.

Are you feeling calmer,

More safe?

Carry this feeling within you throughout the day,

Knowing this truth and state exists within you at all times.

If you can experience it once,

You can experience it again.

Remember to drink lots of water over the course of the next day or two.

Remember the symbol you saw in your meditation.

Write it down or draw it and throughout your day,

Come back to that symbol,

Feeling what you felt when you merged with your younger self.

Do this in the coming week as often as you can,

Remembering to speak kind and loving words to yourself along the way.

Slowly open your eyes.
