The Jerusalem Gates Meditation.
Take a deep breath and dive into the center of your heart.
Into that golden center,
The divine sparkle from which you have evolved,
Into which your soul sent its spirit,
Its light and its love at the first division of your body cells.
Imagine your heart as the old city of Jerusalem.
Breathe through the northern gates of the city,
Herod's gates and Nablus' gate,
Through the thousand petals' lotus of your crown chakra and through your third eye,
The love,
The pink and white light.
Breathe in the purity of the spiritual realms,
The energy of the masters and archangels and the majestic purple of the purple flame,
The flame of transformation and transmutation.
A pure love painted in all shades of pink fills the golden center of your heart.
And while exhaling,
It flows in ever-growing circles,
Washing your body and your whole being,
Accompanied by the purple flame,
Which transforms any energy that does not vibrate in this frequency.
Take three deep breaths of purple-pink-white light.
Breathe through the western gates of Jerusalem,
The New Gate and Jaffa Gate.
Breathe through your throat chakra,
The blue light that emerges from the sea with all its tones.
Through these gates,
You connect with the dolphins and the whales.
Breathe into yourself their eternal universal knowledge.
Hear their voices talking straight into your heart while it opens,
Smiling,
Bringing up inside you the wisdom of ages and the spirit of playfulness,
The joy and laughter of your inner child.
You breathe into yourself the azure of the sky,
The blue of the ocean,
The colors of truth and freedom,
And the light green of the foam of the waves,
The color of the healing.
These colors fill your heart and wash your body.
Take three deep breaths of blue-azure and light green.
Breathe into yourself the blue light that emerges from the sea with all its tones.
From the south through Zion Gate and Tongate,
From your solar plexus,
Breathe in the yellow light emerging from the desert,
The ancient knowledge and wisdom.
You see in front of you the pyramids of Egypt.
Breathe into your heart ascendant's energy,
The messianic energy of unconditional love to all that is,
The ancient knowledge of Atlantis.
This orange golden light with all its tones enters the center of your heart and spreads to all your bodies more and more with each breath.
Take three deep breaths of orange golden light.
Breathe into yourself the blue light.
Now you turn eastwards towards the Lion's Gate.
Feel how your root chakra opens its gates and sends its roots deep into Mother Earth,
Drawing from its core the life-giving red fluid with the unconditional love that has created you.
They move upwards along your open chakra's column up to the golden center of your heart.
And from the Lion's Gate,
The two lions,
The two sphinx,
The feminine and masculine forces of creation,
Infuse into your holy sacral chakra the energy of creation,
The golden ray and the silver ray.
You inhale those colors into your heart and there they unite into a huge flame which unites with all the other colors you have integrated.
Take three deep breaths of gold and silver light.

And from the center of your heart a spiral starts to evolve,
Colored with the bright pink orange of the messianic love,
The unconditional love,
The love to all that is.
And this spiral starts to create a sound which emerges from your heart and this sound vibrates at the frequency of the messianic love.

You feel its vibration while your inner ear in your heart opens and you start hearing the pure sound of your love,
The sound of your true being.
This sound is vibrating and flowing towards all domains of your existence in all dimensions at all times.
And you start perceiving your true greatness.

And this pure sound grows,
Becomes stronger.
And finally the mercy gates in your heart open their doors.
Your multidimensional heart chakra fully opens its gates for the very first time.

And the spiral in your heart radiating in golden orange pink colors,
Pounding at the pure frequency of love to all that exists,
Can now expand in all directions.

And the gates of mercy in the walls of Jerusalem open wide and through them flows messianic love in the form of a huge spiral radiating from within your heart.

It spreads forward to all the Middle East and you can view the whole region wrapped by the soft glowing orange pink cloud of your love.

And the hearts of the people of Ismael open to the energy of love which flows through all their bodies and their light bodies respond to it,
Absorb it and each one by his free will infuses it onto himself.

The gates of mercy within the hearts open and unite with the love of the One,
The love that created the entire universe,
The love which we are,
Which is the force of creation,
Which is the source of all that is.
