Hello,

This is Nicole.

How beautiful it is to have you here in this space.

In today's meditation,

We will be working with the energy of gratitude.

If this is your first meditation,

Don't worry.

I will be guiding you throughout this practice.

Simply follow my voice.

Choose a quiet place where there are no interruptions.

Begin by adopting a comfortable position.

It could be seated on a chair or a cushion that allows your spine to remain upright.

And softly let your shoulders drop.

Releasing any tension.

And rest your hands gently on your legs.

Relax your face.

And gently close your eyes.

Take one deep breath in four counts.

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

And four.

Bring your attention to your breathing.

Remember,

Your breath is your anchor to the present moment.

Your breathing releases the tension accumulated in your muscles,

Caused by stress and anxiety.

Feel how the fresh air fills your lungs and how it leaves your body warm.

Again,

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And hold,

One,

Two,

Three,

And four.

Clear your mind.

Try to perceive every sensation that arises during this moment.

If your mind becomes distracted by a thought,

Simply become aware of it.

Observe it.

Do not judge it or reject it.

And gently return your attention to your breathing.

Visualize your thoughts as clouds in the sky.

They come and they go.

Thoughts arrive and just as they arrive,

They leave.

Now,

In this state of relaxation,

Feel gratitude for something very special.

For what makes everything else possible.

The fact that you exist.

That you are alive.

Feel gratitude for the incredible miracle that you are.

For your qualities and virtues.

For being here in this moment.

For offering the world that unique talent that you only have.

Give thanks because you are a unique and unrepeatable being.

Because simply by existing,

You're already a gift to everything around you.

Do you believe it is a coincidence that among millions of possibilities,

You exist exactly as you are?

I assure you it is not.

You exist for a reason.

And you are here to fulfill a unique purpose that only you can achieve.

You're part of a whole.

You're part of a collective of animals,

Plants,

The planet and the whole universe.

You're a key link in this existence.

It is also not a coincidence that you are here now connecting with yourself.

Trust that you are in the precise and perfect moment for your evolutionary path.

And exhale and feel deep gratitude for who you are.

For your life and for your existence.

Now,

Repeat the following mantra three times in your mind.

Thank you for all that I am.

Thank you for all that I have.

Thank you for all the good that now flows towards me.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you for all that I am.

Thank you for all that I have.

Thank you for all the good that now flows toward me.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you for all that I am.

Thank you for all that I have.

Thank you for all the good that now flows toward me.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Feel how your heart and your spirit overflow with gratitude.

Inhale gratitude.

Exhale gratitude.

Inhale gratitude.

Exhale.

And exhale.

Now,

Reconnect with your breath.

And reflect on this thought.

If with everything you are,

Everything you do,

And everything you have,

You are not happy,

You're not fulfilled,

Do you believe that with all you are missing,

You will be?

The truth is,

You already have everything you need to be happy.

Value it.

Thank it.

Do not wait to lose it,

To truly appreciate it.

Allow yourself a moment of silence and deep relaxation.

And keep breathing deeply.

Deeply in.

Remember,

Your happiness is your responsibility,

And it's a daily decision.

The power is within you.

When you feel ready,

Slowly move your body and open your eyes.

Take your time,

And we'll come back.
