Use your third eye, sleep meditation. Become skilled and proficient in using your third eye, stimulate its use and increase the ways in which you use it every day. Improve your third eye seeing and sensing, and encourage the inflow of wisdom, knowledge, and foresight. Sleep so deeply while your subconscious mind does the work. Your subconscious mind is always listening even during sleep.

Welcome,
I'm Nikki Sutton.
Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else.
Make sure you'll be undisturbed and lay down in a really comfortable position and allow your eyelids to grow heavy as they start to close.
You may have already worked on opening and activating your third eye chakra,
If you've needed to,
But now it's time to nurture and encourage its use.
Get really comfortable as I relax you down for a deep and replenishing sleep.
Then receive gentle encouragement for your subconscious mind to accept new beliefs and perceptions about the methods and possibilities for your third eye and its use.
Ultimately,
To help you enhance your connection,
You must believe in your abilities and your subconscious mind will set to work,
Enhancing your intuition and wisdom in everyday life.
And your innate natural gift of third eye receiving will flourish.
You'll also receive positive messages about the effective opening up,
Regulation and closing of the inflow of foresight and wisdom into your third eye,
Providing your extra sensory perception and divine communication so that you can be open to receive when you choose and close when you choose.
This and much more to nurture and encourage the balanced and effective use of your third eye chakra and its energies.
Just take a few deep breaths for me as you begin to relax in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Nice and deep into your belly.
And with each inhale,
Imagine you're breathing in healing energy.
And with each exhale,
You're breathing out any unwanted or unhelpful energies,
Including any that might represent a blockage to your third eye seeing and knowing.
Your intention to clear them will make it so.
Keep going for a few moments,
Exhaling any unhelpful energies and sensing yourself melting or sinking down into relaxation,
Feeling more and more relaxed and comforted with each and every long inhale.
Exhale,
Feel your body releasing all tension from head to toe.
One more long,
Deep breath and exhale.
Lovely,
And breathe normally now.
How pleasant this is to let everything go for a while.
Really relaxing now,
Ready for deep and replenishing sleep and relaxing into the most gorgeous sense of contentment and wellbeing.
And just to draw your attention now to the location of your third eye chakra,
The point just between your eyebrows,
Your focus and your intention going to this spot,
Stimulating energy to move,
Flow and clear through this powerful energy center,
An energy vortex of beautiful indigo light,
Bright and radiant at your forehead,
Like a spiral turning round and round,
The energy glowing in such perfection,
Spiraling round and round,
Feeling more relaxed and sleepy as you flow closer to a wonderfully deep sleep.
Your third eye chakra spinning with free flowing energy,
Spiraling round and round as you drift deeper down,
Down into complete relaxation,
Heading towards that dreamy feeling.
Those moments where soon you could simply drift off,
Slipping so contently into sleep,
That stage of absolute bliss where there's only this precious moment filled with love,
