Heal Past Life Karma Guided Meditation A Past Life Regression to Identify Negative Karma and Release it Welcome I'm Nikki Sutton Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else.

Make sure you'll be undisturbed.

Dim the lights and lay down in a very comfortable position.

Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.

If you're experiencing unfortunate or unpleasant circumstances in your current lifetime,

And try as you might,

You can't seem to fix things.

You might suspect that it's some sort of karma coming back around that you're experiencing.

If so,

Where did it come from?

If you can't pinpoint the source,

It may be due to actions or experiences from a previous lifetime.

Karma can be healed in a couple of ways.

One is to identify any potential,

Less than positive or unhelpful behaviours from a previous life,

And forgive and send healing to your past life self.

Two is to simply find a past life where the unfortunate karmic effects were also happening,

And to learn the lessons that they bring.

Karma is not a punishment,

It happens for your learning and growth.

So we can use forgiveness and very importantly,

Recognise and learn the lessons that karma brings,

Then the cycle stops repeating in your current lifetime.

This process involves visualisation.

If this is tricky for you,

Then use your sense of just knowing as to what you're experiencing.

Here we go.

In a really comfortable position now,

Just go ahead and take some deep,

Comfortable breaths,

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Inhale and exhale.

Good,

And with every breath you take,

Sense your body relaxing more and more,

And your mind decluttering more and more.

Peacefulness and serenity are arriving within you,

And with every word I speak,

You move deeper into relaxation.

Just breathe normally now,

But a little deeper and slower than usual.

And a wave of comfort is beginning to move through you,

Starting at the very top of your head and moving down.

In this wave of comfort,

Scanning for every tightly held muscle and stimulating them to release.

Moving through your head and face as you feel every one of your facial muscles drop and release into complete relaxation.

And this pleasant wave moves on down now,

Through your neck and shoulders,

As they too melt down down.

Sense the release as they do so,

Letting everything go now.

It's wonderful to be here now,

To enjoy this soothing,

Calming experience.

And this wave of comfort moves down further,

Through your chest and upper back,

And down your arms to your hands and fingers,

As they relax fully.

And it's okay to feel a little drowsy,

Your subconscious mind is listening to every word I say,

As you drift deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And this pleasant wave moves down further through your body,

To your abdominal muscles and your lower back,

Giving these areas a calming feeling of release.

And down through your hips,

Thighs and throughout your legs,

To the very tips of your toes,

Sinking down into the bed or couch you're laying on,

So deeply relaxed.

And although your body is so fully relaxed,

Your mind continues to follow my words,

So calm and focused.

Imagine now that you're standing at the top of ten steps,

Marble steps,

In a beautiful,

Ornately decorated building.

There are large windows,

With magnificent rays of sunlight beaming through.

They create that effect where you can see little shimmering dust particles within the rays of light.

And the energy of this place feels calm and pleasant.

And there's a floral fragrance in the air.

In a moment you can walk down these steps,

And with each step you take,

You will feel even more deeply relaxed.

And I'll count you down as you go.

Go ahead.

Ten,

Nine,

Drifting even deeper into calmness and peacefulness.

Eight,

Seven,

Setting the intention to experience a past life.

Six,

Five,

A past life which has karmic connections to your current lifetime.

Four,

Three,

To heal,

Learn and grow.

Two,

Drifting even more deeply now.

And one,

And step onto a marble floor,

Just opposite a doorway.

Take a look at this door,

Allowing your inner vision to become clearer and more distinct.

What does this door look like?

What colour is it?

What's the shape of the handle?

Okay.

On the other side of this door is a past life of yours.

In a moment,

Once I ask you to step through,

Just allow your inner vision and knowing to flow.

Avoid choosing or deciding how it will be.

Just go with it,

And the clairvoyance flowing from your higher self showing you your past life.

About to experience a past life to heal karma now.

Go ahead and open the door,

And go through,

And once on the other side,

Close it behind you.

And know that this door will be right behind you as soon as you wish to return.

Okay,

So looking through the eyes of your past life self now,

Look down at your own body and observe what you're wearing,

If anything.

Take a moment.

Do you feel male or female?

Roughly how old do you feel you are?

Alright,

Raise your gaze to your surroundings and observe,

Allowing your inner vision to become more vivid,

Remaining very calm and relaxed.

You may observe colours and shapes at first,

But allow these to form into clear surroundings.

Going with the flow now.

Are you inside or outdoors?

What objects or structures do you observe,

If any?

Are there any people around?

What are you doing right now in this life?

I'll give you a few moments to experience this.

So far,

It seems we've taken a lot of time,

And require a lot of time to look at yourself.

You Okay,

If you're not already experiencing it,

I'll count you down from five to one,

And you will find yourself experiencing the events or circumstances relating to any karma or karmic cycle within this same past life that you have been experiencing.

And know that if at any time you wish to take a break,

Simply freeze frame the experience as if it's standing still and remain peaceful.

Here we go,

Five,

Four,

Moving to those circumstances relating to ongoing karma,

Three,

Two,

Within this same past life,

And one.

And find yourself there,

Your surroundings becoming clear as you immerse yourself in this experience,

So calm and relaxed.

Paying attention to the cause of the karma or the cycle that you've been experiencing,

Observe how it makes you feel and your reasons for taking the actions that you do.

I'll give you a few minutes.

Okay.

You You You Okay Just freeze frame this experience if you haven't already As if you're looking at a picture of the scene Step outside your past life self now and become the you of today in your current lifetime Looking at your past life self in this scene Remember all is well you are loved by the universe So looking on at this past life scene what's been happening in this past life And what if any themes does it have in common with your current lifetime Is this a causal event for your ongoing karma or is it a life experiencing similar circumstances to your life today Alright let's perform some healing First of all just send your heart chakra activating at your chest I'd like you to send some love from your heart to your past life self that you see before you there Go ahead Okay much of healing karma is already done just by becoming aware of the cycle And this you have sought to do so well done But we want to learn the lessons that karma brings perhaps do things differently or have a new mindset So if you could give yourself a piece of guidance or advice moving forward a piece of advice for yourself today What would it be?

And what have you learned or released from experiencing this past life Okay Knowing that this past life personality is not you today They are a past personality that's part of your higher self So no matter what they've done or haven't done they're not you And you can move forward in freedom,

Love and peace So release anything that needs to be released You are your own person starting afresh So I invite you to repeat these affirmations after me And you can repeat them either within your mind or out loud if you wish And you can direct them at your past life self Repeat after me,

Here we go I send you love and healing I forgive you I forgive myself I release all karma And start afresh With optimism In love and peace Very well done Okay it's time to return now So just allow this past life scene to fade And as it does so,

Turn around and see behind you the door that you used to enter this life Go ahead and open it Step through And close the door behind you And find yourself standing on the marble floor opposite the beautiful staircase And you are your present day self still Let's head up the stairs now and I'll count you back as you climb To present day reality,

Here we go One,

Two Returning feeling healed and rested Three,

Four Bringing only the memories you wish to keep back with you Five,

Six,

Seven Leaving any unwanted karma behind Eight,

Nine To start afresh And ten Fully refreshed and wide awake You can open your eyes when ready Thank you for going on this journey with me today Much love Thank you for watching

This took me back to being 6-7 years okd in 1591 i dont know if london was even around then but in that area I was holding a candlestick in a studylike library like room. The memories didnt really come so I used linda simpson’s brainfiles technique on insighttimer and gave my brain directives to search for any/all stored info/files in that time and space playing out unconciously that needs to clear/release/heal/transmuted into love wether I remember the event or not and that felt suffice! Thank you I always appreciate your meditations! So much gratitude and Love!πŸŒΈπŸƒπŸ’«βœ¨πŸŒˆ

A very moving experience for me. At first I thought it impossible to see a past- life version of myself. Your gentle voice relaxed my mind. I saw a younger woman in a blue dress, with long blonde hair and carrying a basket of fresh cut flowers. There were other women seated all wearing hats and drinking tea. They didn’t notice me/her almost floating between them as they chattered on. 1930 was the date. I realised that I had died in childbirth and was heartbroken. I felt tears falling down my cheeks for her/our pain. I told her about my family and how happy we are, giving her a hug. I returned back to the present and my face was wet with tears. Some of my younger experiences, which I had forgotten, had the same sadness. A cathartic experience.
