Forgiveness deep sleep meditation.

Have forgiveness for others and yourself while you sleep.

Experience greater emotional freedom and peace.

Welcome I'm Nikki Sutton.

Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else.

Getting super comfy now and settling down.

Soon you'll be falling asleep and resting so peacefully.

And while you do you can enjoy the wondrous benefits of forgiveness both for yourself and others.

Forgiveness for others releases a lot like those perhaps unpleasant feelings sometimes kept inside for years like resentment.

Forgiveness improves mental health,

Reduces stress and boosts self-esteem.

There may be a few events from the past that you might not realize could do with some forgiveness for self too.

And in doing so reduce self-criticism,

Increase self-love and achieve healing and personal growth.

So blink blink those eyes now as they grow a little heavier like weights on your eyelids ready to close for sleep.

Time for relaxing and releasing tension.

Mind and body surrendering to the soothing pull of sleep.

So take a deep breath in now.

Go ahead and slowly exhale letting go of any tension or stress.

Okay and again go ahead inhaling deeply and exhaling any niggles or bothers from the day until they're gone.

And one more time a deep breath in and exhale.

The last of anything unwanted or unneeded.

Wonderful.

And just continuing to breathe deeply and comfortably for you as you allow your mind and body to relax completely.

Every muscle from head to toe is just melting down down now.

Allowing the bed to fully support you.

Giving your body up as you head towards sleep ready to rest completely.

And know that after a little while my words might become more distant as if you're drifting away towards sleep and that's perfectly fine and okay.

You can float into that deep slumber and you'll do so easily.

Your subconscious continues to listen even during sleep.

Taking a few moments now to imagine yourself standing in a large open field on a warm sunny day.

Finding yourself there or just sensing or knowing where you are.

There are bushy green trees lining the edge of the field and little colored flowers dotted around the greenest lushest grass.

The sky above is a brilliant shade of deep blue with not a cloud in sight and a gentle breeze lightly brushes over your skin.

You feel completely safe and at peace in this friendly happy field.

Now there's something important in your hand.

You're holding a colorful balloon by its string.

This balloon is filled with helium providing a gentle upward tug as it wills towards the sky.

Holding the string securely sense now that the balloon represents an intention for forgiveness for you.

Some forgiveness to be had for a person or situation perhaps from the past that you're ready to forgive.

This balloon has the power to carry away past hurts or resentments or even regrets helping you to release all that's no longer wanted or needed for your ultimate well-being.

The balloon represents one aspect of your journey towards forgiveness.

Someone or something to forgive.

Focus on the balloon now.

What color is it?

Allow this to become clear to you and remaining very calm and relaxed drifting towards sleep.

Knowing now who or what does this balloon represent?

Someone to forgive perhaps forgiveness for an event or circumstance or maybe forgiveness for yourself for some reason.

Be aware now of what this balloon symbolizes of it being filled with the subject of your forgiveness and your will to forgive.

Even sensing any feelings that you may have been carrying.

Becoming part of the balloon.

Standing in this beautiful peaceful field with the vast expanse of the blue sky above you feeling the breeze on your face carrying the scent of wildflowers calming and soothing you even more.

Go ahead and release this balloon into the sky symbolizing the release of old feelings and welcoming forgiveness.

Watch as it rises higher and higher.

As it ascends feel a sense of lightness and relief move over you like a weight has been lifted from your shoulders.

As the balloon continues to ascend clarity and serenity fill your entire being.

Feel the warmth of the Sun on your skin reminding you of the freedom that forgiveness brings.

The balloon is disappearing into the sky now and as it does so sense forgiveness flowing into the space within you washing away all that's no longer serving you.

Feel your heart becoming lighter too and your thoughts and feelings coming to rest with peacefulness.

A profound sense of self forgiveness is yours too.

You are free from the burden of self judgments.

You're worthy of love and forgiveness just as you are still here in the middle of the field basking in the warmth and lightness of your heart set free.

As you look up at the clear open sky know that forgiveness is a gift you give yourself a path to inner peace and emotional freedom.

In this peaceful field you've released the weight of the past and you're ready to embrace a future filled with love and compassion as your surroundings fade for you now on the way to sleep.

Take a moment to have gratitude for your actions,
