Hello.

This meditation was created to help you connect with the energy that will help you manifest the thing you've been wanting.

There are three basic steps to manifesting.

The first is knowing what you want.

In detail,

Take some time to really write out what it is that you want and be descriptive as possible.

If you haven't done this yet,

Feel free to pause this audio and join me again after.

It will be really helpful before moving forward.

The next steps are connecting to the energy of the manifestation and finally changing your behavior,

Acting as if this is guaranteed or that you already have it and it's already happened.

The step a lot of people get stuck on is connecting to that energy,

Imagining the thing you're manifesting comes into fruition and asking yourself how would that feel?

What feelings would come up and really holding on to that energy so the universe can really connect you to your manifestation?

That can get really tricky,

Especially when life is stressful or if the people around you have really low energy.

But today,

I'm going to help you connect with that new wavelength which should really help you to manifest the thing you've been wanting.

So let's start this meditation by laying flat on our backs,

Legs out straight,

Arms at our side.

Take a minute and really arrive here.

Give yourself permission to take this time for yourself.

Clear your mind of any stress.

Take a deep breath and just arrive.

Show up for yourself.

Now close your eyes and focus on your breath.

Notice what parts of your body rise and fall as you breathe in and out.

In and out.

Now let your breathing return to a natural state.

I want you to imagine a big,

Strong box.

It can look however you want.

Just imagine a big,

Strong box.

Walk up to the box.

Place all your worries,

Stresses,

Your ego,

Your responsibilities inside of this box.

Keep filling the box until all that is left of yourself is energy.

Keep filling the box more and more.

More and more until all that remains of yourself is energy.

Once you are sure that all that remains of yourself is energy,

Seal the box.

Seal the box and turn away.

Take a deep breath through your nose and release slowly through your mouth.

As you take your next deep breath,

Imagine light entering at your feet,

Flowing through your body and up into your head.

Fill your mind with energy.

When in out-breath,

See the light erupt from the top of your head.

It showers down around you until it enters at your feet again.

Continue building this energy.

Let the light pour out of your head and completely surround you before re-entering at your feet.

Feel the energy flow up from your feet all the way up until it fills your mind.

Grow this energy now.

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Grow this energy now.

Now let your breathing return to its natural state again.

The energies surrounding you will stay in place until we are finished.

We are now going to sink down into a deep concentration,

Down deep into the subconscious to allow ourselves to connect to our new energy pattern at the deepest level.

We will sink down deep into this subconscious level as I count to ten.

I will guide you as we move deeper.

One,

Fill every muscle of your jaw and mouth,

Relax,

Rest and sleep.

Feel the deep relaxation in your jaw and mouth.

In level one,

Every nerve and muscle relaxes.

Your jaw and mouth relax until they feel asleep.

Two,

In level two,

We feel all the tiny muscles in and around our eyes deeply relax.

Feel all the tension in your eyes fade as the muscles deeply,

Deeply relax and rest.

Your eyes and the muscles surrounding them are now at rest.

Three,

Level three,

Feel the tension in your forehead and scalp melt away.

Feel the muscles soften and rest.

Feel your forehead and scalp rest so deeply.

Feel true relaxation in your entire head in level three.

Feel and enjoy the feeling of true rest and relaxation.

True rest and relaxation.

Four,

Feel the sensation of true rest and relaxation spread deeply into your mind.

Feel as the mind begins to feel and understand true relaxation.

Feel the sensation sink deeper and deeper into the mind.

Allow the mind to experience true rest and relaxation in level four.

Feel the sensation of true rest and relaxation sinking deeper into your mind.

Five,

Send this feeling of true rest and relaxation to your feet.

Send this to every toe,

Every muscle,

Every bone.

Send the energy of true rest to your feet.

Your feet are now at rest.

Six,

Now send this energy to your legs.

Feel true rest and relaxation travel up and down your legs.

Let it enter every muscle.

Feel it sinking into your bones.

Allow your legs to experience true rest.

Seven,

In level seven,

Focus on your hips,

Lower abdomen,

Lower back.

Give this area permission to experience true rest and relaxation.

Allow restful energy to travel deep,

Deep inside this area.

Allow yourself to experience true relaxation and rest in this area now.

Eight,

Allow your chest,

Neck,

And upper back to let go.

Now that your body has experienced what true rest feels like,

Allow this energy to spread to your chest,

Your neck,

Your throat,

Your upper back.

Let the restful feeling sink deep,

Deep into your muscles.

These areas are now at rest.

Nine,

In level nine,

Feel your body in a true deep state of rest.

Now send this feeling to your hands,

Arms,

Shoulders.

Feel this area deeply relax.

Let your arms,

Hands,

And shoulders experience the true restful state.

Ten,

Ten,

In level ten,

Feel your entire body at rest.

Your body is now deeply,

Deeply asleep.

You have now experienced true rest and relaxation.

We will now be able to more deeply explore the energies at work in your subconscious.

First,

Take a minute and enjoy your body as it feels deeply at rest.

Allow yourself to enjoy the experience of true relaxation.

If any thoughts arise that disturb your peace,

Place them in your box.

Now I want you to remember your purpose here.

Remembering to mind the thing you want to manifest.

See yourself with this new thing,

With this person,

Or in this new area.

See yourself interacting.

Feel what it feels like to have your body at rest.

Feel what it feels like to have this manifestation become a reality.

Dive deep into these feelings and explore what they are.

Feel what it feels like to have your body at rest.

Give these new feelings names.

Now I want you to picture a ball of bright light in front of you.

Relax and focus on the ball of bright light flowing in front of you.

Breathe in deeply and feel the energy from around you pulling inside.

Breathe out and use this energy to charge the ball of light with all the feelings your manifestation brought you.

See the ball grow bigger and brighter as you fill it with all the energy and feelings your manifestation created.

Continue charging the bright glowing ball of energy using your breath.

Breathe in and collect energy inside of yourself.

Breathe out and charge the ball of energy.

Concentrate on the feelings and energy you felt when connecting to your manifestation.

Charge the ball of light.

See the ball of light grow bigger and brighter.

Continue charging the ball of light using your breath,

Using the feelings and energy your manifestation created.

Concentrate on the feelings and energy you felt when connecting to your manifestation.

Now reach out and hold the ball.

Feel the energy between your hands.

Feel your connection with this ball of light.

Take a moment and connect with the ball of energy and light.

When you are ready,

Release the ball and allow it to float up.

Watch as the bright glowing ball drifts upwards.

Now allow the ball to expand rapidly.

Feel it expand through all of your subconscious.

Send this glowing energy through all that you are.

Feel it expanding more and more.

Feel it in every part of your mind and body as it expands bigger and bigger.

Expand the ball of energy now.

Feel it expand more and more.

More and more.

Feel it expand more and more.

Feel it expand more and more.

Now I am going to guide you back to the waking world.

You will remember your connection to your manifestation when you wake.

Each and every time you repeat this meditation,

It will be easier and easier to connect to this energy.

I will guide you back now.

With each number,

You will feel more and more awake and rejuvenated.

You will feel renewed and energetic upon awakening.

With each number,

You will feel more and more rejuvenated.

More awake.

More and more awake.

Six.

Five.

Four.

You are waking up more and more.

Three.

Two.

You are almost awake.

One.

You are wide awake.

You are feeling renewed.

Stretch,

Open your eyes and enjoy your day.
