Niamh, once again your words have somehow found me at exactly the moment I needed them. π₯Ήπ
For months I have been living in the past β analysing, questioning and searching endlessly for answers that may never come to a situation that makes no sense. In doing so, I lost my grounding. I became stuck in my head, disconnected from the present and, at times, from myself.
I haven't felt whole. I haven't felt safe. I haven't felt that I belong. I haven't felt important or valued. I haven't felt enough.
And then you took me on this beautiful liminal journey β not back into the past, but back home to myself. π±
For the first time in months, I felt genuinely grounded. And those simple words touched something incredibly deep within me:
βI am here. I am held. I am home.β
Perhaps I don't need all the answers. Perhaps I simply need to remember that I am enough, I do belong β especially to myself β and that home is already here, within me.
Thank you, Niamh. πππ½
I feel as though I am standing at a threshold now: returning from the past into the present, finding my feet again, and slowly becoming ready for whatever the next chapter may bring. β¨
