Anger is a normal emotion that we can all experience from time to time.

It is important to learn how to channel this energy in a constructive way.

Affirmations can be a powerful tool to calm your mind,

Shift your focus and cultivate positive thoughts.

You will hear 12 affirmations that you can use whenever you are angry to help calm yourself and restore peace of mind.

You can repeat them in silence or out loud.

And before we get started,

I would like you to take a deep inhale through the nose,

Fill your lungs and belly with air,

Hold,

And exhale through the mouth,

Let everything go.

Once more,

Filling those lungs,
