Welcome to this new moon meditation dedicated to Virgo.

This is a time to plant seeds of intention,

Harnessing the meticulous and nurturing energy of Virgo to foster growth and transformation.

Find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.

Now choose your position.

You could be lying down or seated and if it feels safe for you I would like to ask you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Fill your lungs and belly with air and exhale through the mouth.

Let everything go.

Another deep breath in through your nose and a long exhale through your mouth.

Let the tension of today melt away as you prepare to embark on a journey of self-discovery and renewal.

Virgo is an earth sign ruled by mercury and it embodies precision,

Practicality and a deep sense of service.

This energy encourages us to pay attention to details,

Refine our routines and cultivate self-improvement.

Virgo's influence can definitely help us organize our lives and focus on health and well-being,

Urging us to nurture our body,

Mind and spirit.

For those of you who are born under Virgo,

This is a time of alignment with your natural traits,

Diligence,

Analytical thinking and a desire for protection.

Embrace the qualities that make you unique and allow this new moon to guide you in manifesting your highest potential.

Now bring your awareness back to your breath.

Inhale deeply and feel the cool air enter your lungs and exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension.

Imagine roots extending from your body into the earth,

Grounding you and connecting you to stabilizing energy of Virgo.

With each breath draw in the calm supportive energy of the earth and exhale worries or distractions.

Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation,

Feeling completely supported and safe.

Now it is time to choose our sankalpa.

A sankalpa is a short powerful affirmation that sets the tone for your journey.

Choose one that resonates with you or you can definitely create your own.

I will give you five possibilities and I would like to ask you to tune in and see if this is your sankalpa for this journey or not.

Here we go.

I am grounded.

I am balanced.

I grow daily.

I embrace change.

I am whole.

Now repeat your chosen sankalpa silently or out loud and really imagine how you're planting it like a seed in your consciousness.

Take a moment to do this and now imagine yourself stepping into a lush serene garden,

Bathed in the soft golden light of the sun.

Maybe this is a garden that you have seen before.

It might be your garden,

Might be one of your childhood,

Might be a garden you've never seen before.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,

How it feels comforting and rejuvenating.

You're also hearing some birds and as you take your first steps along the winding path,

Feel the firm supportive earth beneath your feet,

Grounding you with every step.

The air is filled with the soothing sounds of nature,

The gentle rustle of leaves and the melodious whispers of the wind through the trees.

Inhale deeply,

Savoring the sweet fragrant scent of blooming flowers.

Let this breathe fill you with vitality and align your spirit with the nurturing and detailed energy of Virgo.

As you continue your walk,

Allow yourself to fully appreciate the beauty of the garden.

Observe the vibrant colors and delicate forms of each plant and flower.

Every detail contributes to the garden's harmony,

Much like the different aspects of your life coming together to create a balanced whole.

See how each plant grows and thrives in its own unique space,

Nurtured by the earth and the sun.

This mirrors the careful attention you can bring to your own personal growth and goals.

Now pause for a moment to gently touch the petals of a nearby flower.

Feel its soft velvety texture and let it remind you of the gentle care you can infuse into your own life.

Notice how the flower flourishes by trusting in the natural flow of life.

Allow this experience to reinforce that you too are evolving at your own pace,

Exactly as you should.

As you wander further,

You discover a tranquil pond nestled in the heart of the garden.

The water is crystal clear,

Reflecting the sky above and the surroundings.

Find a comfortable spot by the edge of the pond and sit down,

Feeling a profound sense of peace.

The surface of the water is calm and serene,

Mirroring the stillness and clarity that you seek within yourself.

Gaze into the pond and see your reflection gently ripple on the water's surface.

This reflection symbolizes your true self,

Whole,

Capable and radiant.

Let this image of your reflection help you connect with your inner strength and beauty.

Embrace this vision of yourself,

Acknowledging your potential and the unique gifts you bring to the world.

Now imagine dipping your hands into the cool,

Refreshing water.

Feel the sensation of the water cleansing and rejuvenating your spirit.

And as you continue to do so,

Visualize any worries,

Doubts or negative energies flowing away from you and dissolving into the pond.

Watch as these burdens dissipate,

Leaving you feeling lighter and more and more centered.

Allow yourself to stay in this peaceful state for a few more moments,

Welcoming any insights,

Thoughts or feelings that arise.

Trust that these are guiding you towards greater understanding and clarity.

Embrace these messages with an open heart,

Knowing they are part of your journey towards self-discovery and growth.

When you feel ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feel the ground beneath you and the space around you.

Keep your eyes closed and just focus on your breath.

Begin to move your fingers,

Your toes and maybe stretch your body as you start to return to this present moment.

If you're lying down,

Then gently bend your legs and roll over to one side and using one of your hands as a pillow for your head.

And while you're lying there,

I would like to give you three tips to integrate Virgo's energy before we come back completely.

It might be a good idea to create a routine.

Use this energy to establish a daily routine that supports your goals and well-being.

Consistency will help you stay focused and productive.

Prioritize self-care by incorporating healthy habits into your life,

Such as nutritious eating,

Regular exercise and mindfulness practices.

And last but not least,

Clear out clutter and organize your environment to create a harmonious space that inspires clarity and creativity.

Now gently open your eyes,

Carrying with you the sense of calm,

Clarity and renewal that you have gained from this experience.
